Robin Miller made this on her Quick Fix Meals show. This is super easy, requires no fancy ice cream gadgets, and it tastes good when it's hot out.

    Recipe #180361

Another recipe that I love! Quick, easy and very tasty.

    Recipe #285052

Filling Low Carb breakfast. It's sweet, but not too sweet.

    Recipe #117359

This is from the American Diabetes Association. I needed to make my DFIL snacks for his trip down to FL and this was lovely!! My DFIL has a BIG sweet tooth (despite being diabetic) and he latched onto this like he would never eat again!!

This one is quick and still has great flavor. Try it with either a graham cracker crust or a traditional pastry crust. Feel free to use regular pudding and milk in the recipe.

    Recipe #137055

I always keep these ingredients on hand for a quick and easy dessert. This is a no-bake version of the delicious Chocolate Eclair dessert.

    Recipe #192086

Very good ice cream. Use in an electric freezer that does not required salt or ice. Prep time is only for assembling ingredients, not freezing time.

    Recipe #34303

No sugar and fat free makes this a pie I can enjoy--easy, fast and simply good.

    Recipe #187718

This is a recipe for a banana cream pie with the least amount of sugar in it that I could possibly think of without taking away the taste. It's quick and easy, and can even be made with kids. Just for reference the brand name of the listed ingredients do not have to be the same brand. Please use whatever brand you would prefer to use.

    Recipe #247554

This is a very creamy frosting you will never know it was sugar-free. I add different flavorings and puddings.

    Recipe #255557

I am confused as to why this version isn't posted yet! It's a Philadephia brand Cream Cheese recipe and it is delicious and easy! If your filling is lumpy, it probably means that your cream cheese was not soft enough. It tastes the very best if you make it the day ahead of time and then top it with sliced fruit before serving (strawberries and kiwi are my favorite!).

These are very tasty little pickles, the marinade can be used for a lot of vegetables or meats. I have had this recipe for so long I don't remember where it came from. There are similar ones on this site.

    Recipe #248966

I love this pie! so good and you wont believe its good for you as well! Ignore the directions on the box of pudding, mine is much better.

    Recipe #248813

This is a quick, easy, juicy, and delicious low carb side option that Carm likes.

So good and easy to do. I could eat 4 rolls at a time. Very popular with kids. I got this recipe from one of the cooking blog but I can't remember which. Wish I could so I can give them the credit to this wonderful dish.

Did you know that the water content of lettuce is as high as 96%! Moreover, this is the vegetable that's lowest in calories! When shopping for lettuce, always buy dark coloured leaves since these are more nutritious, higher in iron and beta carotene than the light green ones. The best way to store unwashed lettuce in your kitchen is in the vegetable crisper, loosely packed in a plastic bag or in a covered container in the refrigerator. Use lettuce within 3 days from the day you buy it. This is the best thing that I got to learn today - 2 leaves of lettuce have just 1 single calorie!!!!!! I hope you enjoy this recipe and munch on some lettuce instead of biscuits the next time hunger pangs take their toll on you!;-) This is Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's recipe from the Young Times magazine.

Do you miss ice cream sundaes on your diet? Well, now you can enjoy one any time! Check out this great dessert idea and you will love it. I always keep 6 bananas in the freezer so I can make this in a hurry.

For fake fudge this is pretty good!

    Recipe #16306

Cool, colorful and light. Great way to use leftover corn on the cob. It makes a wonderful side for any grilled meats....even burgers.

    Recipe #246578

I found this recipe on a website for diabetics, but don't tell anyone and they'll love it when they try it. It is my favorite cookie recipe with sugar or without. At first the nutritionals seemed way off but discovered there were some errors in the quantities. I'm correcting those so the nutritional info should be correct.
