From the pages of Taste of Home, submitted by Cindy Beberman, these are a wonderfully crisp little cookie with a rich filling sure to please if you're a coffee/hazelnut/chocolate lover! I easily halved the batch and got 30 cookies! To save time, I made the filling before the cookies because it does take awhile to set up and saves time in the long run! *I've made these again since first posting and used Land O Lakes fat free half and half in place of the whipping cream to cut some of the fat/calories/cholesterol a bit and it works just as well without compromising the taste!

    Recipe #290029

These are nice little cookies and so simple to make. I only dipped half of each cookie because I liked the presentation better but play around to see what you like. Prep time does not include freeze time.

This is a rather time intesive cookie and I think that the caramel/coconut step is rather difficult but if you really love samoas and you love to bake then this may be the cookie for you.

These cookies have to be tried to be believed. Four ingredients only and absolutely delicious. They have replaced chocolate chip cookies in this household, believe me. They just melt in your mouth.

    Recipe #43988

This recipe has been made by my family for yeas. I got it from a friend so posted it here for safe keeping. It is easier to make then it sounds, since it is 4 layers you can make each layer as you have time. I usually put the dessert in the freezer to help chill and set the separte layers. So prep time gones way down (about 2 hours). I tastes much better if you can make it the day before.

My grandma always made this every time we would visit. It's been one of my favorite jello salad recipes since I was a little girl.

I have divine childhood memories of Entenmann's pound cake, which my mother rarely buy since she would usually bake her own. I found this recipe on a copycat site, and never ever thought of using powdered sugar before.

A cookie version of Dirt Cake! Cook time includes chill time.

This dessert/salad brings back such fond feelings. This is the recipe my grandmother served the kids 2-3 times a year when we were all together. After she died no one could find her recipe for this. I guess that is what the internet is for! When I surprised the family with this recipe at Christmas dinner, both my aunt AND uncle cried. I hope your family enjoys this dessert as much as mine has.

Back in the 80's my girlfriend had just had her first baby and invited me over and made these cookies, this is the first time I had ever tasted snickerdoodles. The next day, remembering how good they were, I called her for the recipe. Have been making them ever since. I like to double this recipe, because at my house these only last a few hours.

This is a family favorite I love them my Mom does not make enough of them.

My kids found this recipe, not sure where, but its one of their favorites.

    Recipe #38578

This is the perfect chocolate pudding. It has a rich chocolate flavor, great texture and is not high in fat. I can't count the number of times I have made this. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

I am now actually "watching" my diet, and in the process am trying to make my favorites in a "low fat" manner. I took my favorite muffin recipes and combined them, made some adjustments and came up with this great recipe. Hope you enjoy them!
