I got this recipe from a close friend. It's simple to make and tastes delicious. I have tried several other recipes, but this seems to be the easiest to make and still the best tasting. I suggest serving it with a cinnamon icing and some chocolate sauce drizzled over top of the cake.

    Recipe #289744

If you like chocolate and caramel, you will love this!

    Recipe #268267

This cake is good anytime...sometimes I make it just to brighten up a cloudy day!The cooking time includes the time it needs to set in the freezer. It isn't a "fast" recipe but it is yummy! Adjust water, oil and eggs based on the recipe on the back of your cake mix as some may vary. Preparation time includes baking and freezing time.

I received this recipe from a recipe group I belong to. I thought it sounded very good and easy. I bet you could use other kinds of muffin mixes and it would be wonderful. Would be good with a hot cup of coffee.

Baby Rattle Cupcakes Recipe from Happy Cookies. This was on the local morning news. It was too cute. Perfect for that baby shower you're about to go to. Prep time does not include cooling time.

    Yummy!!! From the Wilton website.

    Recipe #245882

I THINK this is from an early edition of Light&Tasty -but my copied page is faded. There are many possible variations, made the same way - such as yellow cake mix and peach pie filling, or chocolate cake mix with cherry pie filling - which I have not tried, since I LOVE the apple/spice. In preparing the bundt pan, I always use Baker's Joy spray (with flour) or Pam For Baking, and never have a problem with release. It is very easy, and packable in lunches.

Buttery topping makes this cake good with morning coffee or as a dessert too. I like it warm with whip cream. Pie filling and cake mix make it super easy!

Mrs. Hayden was a patient of mine when I was fresh out of college and in my first job. As a widow, she was lonely so I visted her often. She always baked something when she knew I was going to drop by. My daughter Shanna started cooking when she was 12 and this was her favorite foolproof sweet. It brings back many sweet memories.

I love the green color of this cake. It is really wonderful if you love pistachios. I made this cake for my in-laws at the first family gathering that I attended. They love it!!

You won't recognize the white cake mix after adding strawberry gelatin and fresh berries. Add the rich cream cheese frosting, and this cake has blue ribbon potential. This is a superior cake, perfect for birthday parties and baby showers.

Think Stained Glass cookies for Halloween.

    Recipe #227659

I have long been a fan of other "poke cakes", because the fruity gelatins make the cake incredibly moist and give it a nice burst of flavor. I thought this would be a nice rendition for Halloween. It comes from Quick Cooking magazine.

    Recipe #137733

These are similiar to Ham and Goody's lemon cookies. My husband just loves these!

From Food Network's "All-Star Holiday Cookies" special (2007). These are from Robin Miller. I have to say, I goofed on my first batch. I didn't read the recipe all the way through and didn't melt the chocolate for dipping the cookies as instructed. I actually stirred the chips into the dough and they still tasted great...so do what you will. The dipping process would probably make them prettier. They must be kept air tight so they stay fresh. You may also substitute real sugar cookie dough. You may also use real cherries or candied cherries. I just used cherry-flavored Craisins. Enjoy!
