Quick and easy, good for the frozen rhubarb you have left from summer.

    Recipe #43203

This is a recipe I have had around for a long time. It gets set off to the side for a while and when I come across it I end up making 4 or 5 of them. It's so easy and so good that even the non baker can do.

    Recipe #105998

Here's a somewhat simplified version of a German recipe, posted as I prepare myself fot Zaar's World Tour 4!

    Recipe #304801

Coconut lovers check this out! This dessert is so delicious, I made it for a teacher's luncheon, and they sent me to the office to make copies for everyone.

Based on a recipe from Beatrice Ojakangas' cookbook, The Finnish Cookbook. If I said that I love this recipe, it may be my taste buds, heavily influenced by the Finnish-American culture in which I grew up! To me and my visiting brother, this is divine! As an added bonus, my brother researched foods that help one with quality sleep, and this is among them! :) Will my DH eat this -- not on his life! He did taste it though, so he knows what he's missing! NOTE: In its introduction, Beatrice explains, "At Christmastime, a blanched almond is often pressed into this pudding before it is served, and it is said that the person who gets it will have good luck during the following year."

This is a Pampered Chef recipe for their Stoneware Bar Pan (10 x 15 1/2) but I'm sure it could be baked in any pan of a similar size. Pumpkin pie is a big favorite at our house for the holidays and this turned out yummy!

    Recipe #146223

This is my favorite pumpkin cake recipe, courtesy of Kraft.

    Recipe #141158

With a yummy crust and pumpkin pie filling, this delicious dessert from my childhood is loved by all! My husband's boss liked it even though he doesn't like pumpkin.

I'm not big on bananas but my hubby loves banana cream pie. This dessert is quick and easy and he loves it.

Delicious moist cake that can be for breakfast, brunch, or desert. Rich and sweet with a fruity flavor. Great with a good cup of coffee!

    Recipe #44955

Another wonderful recipe from Ina Garten. On her show she also made Recipe #205904. This cake is similar to a pound cake in texture, but it's also very moist, lemony and wonderful!

    Recipe #188164

Very Easy and delicious! Especially good in warm weather. Cook time is actually refrigeration time.

Oh come on. Who doesn't love chocolate? Well, me, for one, but I'm insanely outnumbered, so here ya go! Times are estimates.

This Bacardi rum cake is lovely and moist. I usually make it around New Years, makes a nice looking dessert for a buffet and the taste is rich and wonderful. From a magazine add, many years ago.

    Recipe #14499

I made this recipe a couple of months ago, and my whole family just devoured it. My mom said it was the best cake she had ever eaten. It's a little different than the other recipes for Blackberry Wine Cake that are posted here. I had misplaced the recipe after making it and hunted all over the 'net trying to find it again, with no luck. I finally found my copy today and I'm posting it so I never lose it again! The prep time includes the time to let the cake sit in the pan absorbing the glaze.

    Recipe #163030

I originally submitted this without trying it, as it was in response to a request. I finally got around to trying it last week, and realized there was a mistake, as the ingredients in the cake part should have read: 8 tablespoons butter, melted. Also, you can't "pour" the cake into the pan it has to be patted into the pan like a pie crust. Anyway, here is the revised version. I also cut down on the sugar, using about 12 ounces or 3/4 of the box. This is awesome-a Paula Deen classic!
