Found this copycat recipe and HAD to post it for all the Frosties lovers! Note that the recipe does not specify what flavour ice cream to use, but I'm guessing vanilla, or perhaps chocolate. Try both! Prep time includes softening time of ice cream.

Pudding, graham crackers, whipped cream - yum!! My Mom used to make this all the time when I was a kid back in the 60's. She loved the fact that no oven was needed. I have adapted my Mom's recipe. She used plain chocolate pudding, layered with the graham crackers, set overnight and topped with whipped cream. Here's mine, in memory of you Mom.

    Recipe #10106

These cookies are a cake-like version of chocolate chips and are very full of chips and nuts. They are excellent. This isn't originally my recipe, I adopted it. If you need conversions, here they are: ( Thank you Treble :) ) For anyone who needs conversions, here they are: 1 1/4 cup butter, 2/3 cup each brown and white sugars, 1 1/2 tsp.vanilla, 4 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp. soda, 3/4 tsp. salt, 2 (12 oz) packages chocolate chips, and just under 1 cup walnuts.

I have made these for years. Everyone loves them. They would auction them off at a fundraiser at a local church for $5.00 each piece. I would bake 3 pans to try to fill the demand. I have used 1 cup butter and no crisco and it turned out fine. My daughter always request this for her birthday.

Found this on an old index card and not really sure who gave it to me, so cannot honestly give credit where credit is due, but these brownies are a nice change from the normal brownie and I hope you like them as well as I did.
