I made this a long time ago and boy am I still addicted it is a very sweet dessert but very fun for any one to make. Best with milk and an empty tummy <3
NOTE: to make the sauce seen on top of the recipe just combine 2 tbsp of brown sugar and 1 tbsp of water until you get the amount you desire ( picture seen is double the recipe and sauce bowl is just placed in the "bundt" portion of the pan)
This is a quick and easy to prepare dessert. I usually always have the ingredients on hand. There are boxed versions of this pudding, but it is traditionally prepared at home. You can add more or less cornstarch if preferred. This dessert is so versatile that it can be served warm or chilled. I love to eat it both ways, when it chills it firms up.
I get compliments on this fruit salad wherever I take it. It is super easy to make and a great dish to bring to a potluck or family party. Kids love it too. Everyone asks "what's in the sauce"? The secret ingredient is the vanilla pudding mix.
This is a simple but fabulous recipe for a Dessert Bruschetta using Strawberries. Of course, you could substitute for blackberries or blueberries, or any other fresh berry you like. It is served on Cinamon Raisin Bread Toast Wedges over a layer of Mascarpone. I must give credit where credit is due, I believe this recipe came from an episode of "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" - I got the idea from there, then made the recipe to my liking as the show didn't provide recipes or ingredient amounts or anything from shows.
from weight watchers 15 minutes five ingredient cookbook. it says these are great for entertaining because of their inpressive appearance. noone will ever know they were quick and easy to prepare.:)
UPDATE: 3-23-09 these are quite tastey! :) cant believe they are only one point! I didnt use the pecans because i dont care for them. if you werent making this weight watchers style you could take the chocolate candy melts or bark and pour some over each top half. :)
