I got this recipe from my brother. My husband loved it and he won't eat anything that didn't have parents. You may have to adjust the splenda a little or use powdered sugar if you don't like splenda but that adds more calories. Prep time includes refridgeration.

Don't knock it 'till you try it.

    Recipe #178039

Given to me by Lorainne Surette, Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. After trying out many plum pudding recipes I finally found an unmatched prize. E-mail me for a history on Plum Pudding.

Like most people I love cheesecake, but even the low-fat ones are still pretty high in fat and sugar. I came up with this to satisfy a craving and it's delicious. It certainly satisfied the craving and I now have it very often as it is about as exceedingly healthy and good for you as real cheescake is bad for you! It's nice! Do try it!

This is especially good over cereal. My kid's love it. It's also great as a snack. So easy to make. Posted for Zaar World Tour 05

I should call this lazy granita as the use of the food processor makes this simple and less labor intensive than the typical process of watching the freezing ice and regularly breaking it up. This is a delightful summer treat that satisifies the need for an evening sweet. Cooking time is freezing time.

This was passed onto me by the trainer at my gym. It was meant to solve my cravings for frozen yogurt...it did!
