This is our family recipe for chocolate brownies that we make for Easter. They never hang around long so I try to make at least 2 batches at a time! These are incredibly easy to make - the kids can make them without any fuss!

    Recipe #293806

I love this recipe because it is easy to mix up, I usually have everything on hand and they taste woooonderful. The frosting is optional.

I got this recipe from a local grocery store where I take cooking classes. I made this cheesecake a couple of days ago for a party and it was so easy and fast. People couldn't believe that it was homemade.

    Recipe #136723

A rich brownie that is mixed in a sauce pan on the stove. Easy, dense and SOOOOOO good!!

    Recipe #118242

This is an awesome dessert for spring/summer that I got from a friend of mine. I have always had rave reviews wherever I have taken it!! Perfect for a family gathering or potluck!

    Recipe #163067

It's not really a "cake" but a great dessert. I remember my aunt's sister bringing this to family gatherings. I always loved the taste and was so glad when I got the recipe.

    Recipe #25912

Great for football season! I use Archway cookies! YUM Cooking time is Freezing time

    Recipe #255032

Taking all the ingredients I love in a chocolate trifle and came up with a winner in my house. The Kahlua, walnuts and cheesecake flavored pudding make this a nice rich chocolate masterpiece. Everyone asks me to bring this even thou I've shared the recipe ;) They say, it's the way "I" make it ... I think they just want ME to bring it.... Try it - you'll get the ooooh and awwhs! I love to make this before leaving for the lake and after spending the day playing in the sun, come home to this cool and creamy dessert! My boys do to.

    Recipe #302727

WONDERFUL FLAVOR!! Cool, soothing and almost taste like a dreamsycle! This salad has always been a hit at our family gatherings. Goes well with any entree. It makes a very pretty salad when served on a lettuce leaf. (Cooking time includes refrigerator time.)

    Recipe #365657

I got the idea of this recipe from Paula Deen, but I just changed it around a little bit. Now I've been making this for a couple of years, and it turns out great each time. So yummy!

    Recipe #363587

This is too easy & too good. Young or old, this will be devoured in no time. Leftovers--what are those?

    Recipe #238455

From Simple & Delicious May/June 2008 (funny as it is April now). These are a very simple shortcake to put together to serve with strawberries for the spring season. This could be used as a shortcake for any fruit dessert but I love strawberries. I also love it because they are a drop shortcake and not one where you need to roll it out and cut - so it puts together very quickly. (The cooking time does not include any time for cooling - approximately another 30-45 minutes for the shortcakes to cool enough before slicing. The Prep time includes extra time needed to prepare your own Sweetened Whipped Cream)

    Recipe #300529

A twist on the classic version. You don't have to measure out everything exactly. Just throw it in a bowl. You can also make quite a few variations of this salad. You could put in sliced apples or grapes.

    Recipe #259382

This is a tropical twist on one of my favorite bar cookies.***ADOPTED***

    Recipe #3015

These are perfect to serve at a get together, this recipe makes a ton of tarts (about 50 mini tarts) but the recipe can be cut in half if desired. The original recipe states to prepare the lemon mixture on top of the stove, but this tends to scorch easily so the second time I made it, it worked out better in the microwave, but you can definitely prepare it on top of the stove in a heavy-bottomed saucepan if desired. Although it is always better to use fresh lemon juice, I use the juice of two lemons and bottled lemon juice to make up the 1 cup, this is very lemony and tart, so you might want to adjust the sugar to suit taste, just add in more while the mixture is cooking.

I have always loved eclairs and what could be bad with a tiramisu eclair? Found in Southern Living Magazine, September 2003.

    Recipe #155902

VERY MOIST!! Popular apple bars with carmel frosting! The absolute best of all the apple recipes I have ever tried. Grating the apples helps let the apple juice ooze out and give flavor. Always a WINNER. So yummy you'll smack your lips!! A good item to have with your coffee at snack time!

Found this recipe in the Greer(SC)Now magazine and it could not be easier or tastier. I could not believe the end results. Needs to be topped with Cool Whip or ice cream for a true home run. Have since replaced sugar with 12 packets of Splenda and it tastes even better with half the guilt!

    Recipe #321761

This recipe was given to me by my sister, Karen. It is one of those simple recipes people rave about and beg for.

    Recipe #86721

A Bisquick in the blender cheesecake with bits of crunchy chocolate-covered toffee. For complete decadence, pour on the caramel topping.
