Delicious! I make up a quart jar and keep it in the fridge. Makes a delicious blue cheese dressing base as well. Just add the blue cheese!

Typical Salad from the Ivory Coast! For a pretty presentation scored cucumber and zucchini with a fork, not peeled. Onions are nice placed in between the layers.

This is really delicious, especially if you are low-carbing it. It's a great alternative to "plain" tuna salad. Can be used as a dip for celery sticks, spread on celery stalks, or stuffed in cherry tomatoes. Prep time does not include chill time, since you can leave it in the fridge for longer than the one hour mentioned in the recipe.

    Recipe #60072

Healthy, easy and delicious. Great with left over cold turkey or chicken. Sometimes we add mango or some other fruit instead of tomatoes.

Many people love sushi, but are intimidated to make it themselves, however, it is REALLY EASY to make, and a LOT of FUN too! You won't believe how creative you can get while making your sushi. The sky is the limit really! Add any veggies and fish you like, and be creative. Please note that this is basically a TUTORIAL on "How To Roll Sushi" and "How To Arrange Your Ingredients". Some of my favorite sauces are Recipe #256550, Recipe #206003, and a recipe I just posted for Recipe #261095. ALSO, please check out the recipe I just posted for Recipe #261412. With this tutorial and the recipes for Recipe #261412, you have all you need to create a Sushi Lover's Dream! Enjoy!

So elegant and so simple. This is my little adaptation of the classic Caprese salad...everything is the same except that the fresh basil has been replaced by purchased (or homemade if you have it on hand) pesto sauce. I like this version more because I think the salty/garlicky/nutty pesto does more for the other two ingredients.

Sent to me from allrecipes.com This is great!

    Recipe #285415

This could not be simpler and was a big hit at my daughter's school party today. It really is just a big thrown together bowl of ingredients... which is now how I have to cook with 2 tiny kiddos and no time!

    Recipe #234851

You can substitute other white fleshed fish for the halibut and if you don't have a steamer, you can wrap the fish in a loose foil packet and cook it in the oven for the same 9 to 11 minutes -- just be careful when you open the foil because the steam will rush out. And, depending on your palate, you can increase or decrease the garlic and the heat.

Perfect party food! --- this is one of my all time favorite nacho recipes that I have made many times in the past, and I guarantee you will love this! --- all amounts may be adjusted to taste and double the recipe if desired but keep the garlic no more than 2 tablespoons, if you really want to go all out add in a can of drained black beans to the ground beef mixture! 1/2 pound Italian sausages with casings removed can be mixed with the ground beef if desired, to turn up the heat use a package of taco seasoning mix or spicy salsa and add in cayenne or dried chili flakes --- for the best flavor make certain to brown the meat well :)

    Recipe #206391

I just threw this together one night for a side to our grilled steaks. Because it was so good I have since used this recipe many times when in need of a quick & tasty vegetable.

    Recipe #48070

I think this is my husband's most requested steak supper. And it's ok with me, because it is so easy to do, and tastes super!

This is the traditional Thai dipping sauce used for salad rolls, spring rolls and almost everything else. Keeps indefinitely in the refrigerator.

    Recipe #188736

Love the combination of flavors and textures in this savoury salad. Delicious also as a sandwich (leaving out the grapes). Try it cold or a yummy hot variation: on one slice of sweet, whole-grain bread, spread 1/2 cup of chicken salad and put under broiler until heated, but not bubbly; top with 3 slices of bacon and 1 slice of provolone cheese. Return to broiler until cheese is melted. Yum!

    Recipe #115767

This is a delicious but simple recipe that's bursting with flavor! Also good for a quick meal and can easily be doubled for larger batches. I can honestly say that when we have these, there are never any leftovers.

    Recipe #142952

This is a good, filling soup. I like to have it with sandwiches or Pepperoni Bread.

My grandma used to make us fried okra a lot when I was a child and I loved it. This version comes from the "Soul and Spice" cookbook. My family likes to eat the fried okra with ranch dressing or ketchup but it is equally good on its own.

Simply delicious linguine with clams. Bold and spicy, you will just love this. Quick and easy to make too with ingredients you probably already have on hand.

    Recipe #43387

I can't for the life of me remember where this recipe came from but I have been making these for about 30 years now. Everyone absolutely loves them. I nearly always double or triple the recipe because we love them as snacks or in our lunch the next day. Go by the recipe and don't add any extra salt as there is enough in the cheese and crackers. Enjoy! P.S. 8-7-09 I have been making this for over 30 yrs. and have never had a problem with watery zucchini. Might just be a climate issue.

    Recipe #286006

A very light salad to add to any dinner meals. I developed this recipe in 1995 and it has been a highly rated salad.
