    A delicious, thick and very satisfying smoothie. The molasses really adds to the authentic gingerbread flavor of this smoothie so please do not leave it out. This makes one very large smoothie that DH and I always split as it is so filling neither of us can finish one by ourselves. Recipe source Popsugar.

    This Latin flavored soup is so flexible that it can easily be made vegan and the garnishes and spice can be increased or decreased depending on your taste. This is a nice thick soup if you like your soup thinner increase the liquid using equal amounts of stock and milk. To save time the sweet potato can be baked the night before when you are making dinner. I spotted the original recipe on pinterest and have slightly tweaked again attesting to the flexibility of the recipe.

    **update 01/14/2014 I have made this twice and both the first time it turned out perfect the second time I doubled the recipe, baking both loafs at the same time both took longer to get done and even thought the tooth pick came out clean the bread looked and acted a bit under done. Be forward that this is very dense and moist bread that may require some additional cook time** This interesting sounding bread was described by gimme some oven (which is also were it comes from) truly, this pumpkin beer bread recipe highlights the best parts of both pumpkin bread and beer bread. The bread was nice and tangy from the yeast, and perfectly buttery and chewy — like beer bread. But then the bread also had a nice subtle hint of pumpkin, with a few little spices — like pumpkin bread. The best thing, though, is that it is not overly sweet, like many pumpkin breads.     A easy Gremolata that we enjoy on grilled lamb and pork as well as on grilled veggies. We like to smoke eggplant than sprinkle with it a little feta cheese and top it off with this Gremolata. I usually make a double batch as my family likes to us a lot. We have also enjoyed this on Raviolis. 10 minute rest time not included.

    With such an abundance and wide verity of tomatoes available it is nice find a salad that enjoys using a verity of them. This recipe calls for two different types of couscous so what looks like a double post in the ingredients is not it what it need to make both types of couscous. The original recipe was from Yotam Ottolenghi but I have tweaked it to make it easier to make and to give it more flavor. See tips at end of recipe. I recommend making and letting stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving and that time is not include in cook time.

    A very easy homemade Thai sauce that is sweet with a nice little bit of heat. This sauce is great for dipping and cooking both. While not what we call hot you can cut the red pepper flakes in half or omit the Sriracha to cut the heat. This recipe comes from Life Tastes Like Food.
