This is a really nice filling sandwiched between tiny meringues for serving with coffee or for piping onto cakes. It should be completely smooth with all grains of sugar completely dissolved. To make chocolate filling add 1-2 tablespoons cocoa with the icing sugar.

    Recipe #188314

A frosting just like the bakeries use on their cakes and there is no refrigeration required--it may be kept for 3 months covered in the refrigerator just bring to room temperature before using. Recipe yields 8 cups of frosting. You will love this!

This looked like a good basic icing recipe. I don't remember where I got it from though.

To make this into a non-refrigerator icing use water in place of cream and margarine in place of butter. This icing freezes well.

Just like the glaze you get on doughnuts at the bakeries and doughnut shops! Use food colouring to create different colours, then top with chocolate sprinkles or anything you desire, just make certain to sprinkle with the toppings before the glaze hardens. This will cover about 10-12 doughnuts. Purchase already-baked doughnuts from the bakery and glaze yourself if desired!

    Recipe #179685

This is just a basic frosting, more airy than creamy. Can be flavored with 1 tsp of any kind of extract. Non-dairy!

    Recipe #199695

Suitable for cake or pie filling, or as a spread for toast or English muffins. I use fresh passionfruits, about 6 to 8 depending on the size.

A dairy free chocolate glaze, perfect addition to your desserts

    Recipe #109773

If there’s a synonym for ooey gooey, this is it: diner-style chocolate cake. But while this version has a moist, velvety texture and a deep chocolate flavor, it’s surprisingly light—227 calories per slice; others run anywhere from 450 to 620.

    Recipe #179454
