I found this recipe on another site a long time ago and havent been able to find it again! Very easy and yummy. I typically serve it on rolls for BBQ sandwiches, but could also be served over rice, mashed potatoes, etc.
I found this on a blog called "Stick a Fork In It" and I am posting for safekeeping. It sounds delightfully easy and delicious. Mix it up, throw it in a crock pot and in four to six hours, you have a meal that the whole family will love!
This is New Year's Day tradition in my family, although made on a larger scale using homemade kraut, this works just fine. Adjust the amount of kraut and pork to fit the size of your crock. Will melt in your mouth and will disappear quickly!
A friend of mine posted this on Facebook. I saw similar recipes but nothing quite the same as this one. The ingredients listed optional were not part of this recipe but seen in others.
Note: Not all soy sauce brands are equal. Some are saltier than others.

A personal take on a recipe from the "Slow Cooker Bible" and based on recipes typical of North Carolina styled BBQ. The sauce is tangy and flavorful but not spicy as the amount of hot sauce is just enough to balance the sweetness of the ketchup. Certainly mild enough to serve to kids. It you want more zing, add more tabasco or a chopped chipotle pepper en adobo. (If your crock pot is large enough, this easily doubles and the leftovers can be frozen.)
This very easy recipe is great for a busy workday... just throw it all in the slow cooker in the morning, and have a wonderful hot and yummy sit-down dinner that night! I use frozen chicken breasts and add 2 cans of soup for lots of sauce. I make extra for a great work-day lunch for the next day. Enjoy!
I originally found this recipe on Sweet Treats and More and my family loved it! Super easy to put in crock pot in the morning. I usually find chicken in the crock pot to dry out, but not with these thighs.
