    Recipe #77633

I haven't tried this yet but will soon.

    Recipe #372105

A roast that kicks it up a notch.

    Recipe #96778

I hate touching raw turkey! I hate cleaning it, and brining it, and basting it, and, oh, everything else you have to do to make a proper Thanksgiving turkey. But, man oh man, do I love Thanksgiving turkey anyway! That's why I was so pleased to discover this Betty Crocker recipe. It really works--no rinsing, brining, or basting necessary. And the result is moist and delicious. You get all the taste (and the credit) with almost no work. One note: the Betty Crocker recipe has you cook for 7-8 hours, but depending on your crock pot, this might not be enough. If you're worried about this, cook longer if necessary, or put the crock pot up to high for the first couple hours.

This recipe is great for parties! I haven't had a person yet who doesn't enjoy it.

This is a recipe from Taste of Home that I tinkered with. You will love serving this tender melt in your mouth roast. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.

    Recipe #192754

This is a favorite "cheap" meal in our family! It feels so good on a cold day. It tastes great reheated and my co-workers drool when I make it. I love to use the fresh garlic (it looks like an onion) from the farmers market, but you can substitute powdered garlic if in a hurry.

This is from one of the Moosewood cookbooks. I made a few changes to fit my own tastes.

    Recipe #109357

I love dump recipes and this one is an easy 4 ingredient one!

    Recipe #182171

This is a quick and healthy meatless soup. I usually serve it with cornbread.

    Recipe #29121

It is unbelievably easy, very good for you, diet-friendly...and delicious! The chicken literally melts in your mouth. It's addictive too :)

I'm posting this as a reply to someone who was looking for tender pork chops without using a crock pot. I've had this recipe for so long, probably even before there WERE crock pots! (BTW - this recipe can also be made in a crock pot.)

    Recipe #93373

We adapted this to make it super easy for OAMC and freezing. The portions are for 2-3 servings each because it fits really well in a gallon ziploc bag. You could double it and it would probably still fit. Freezes very well. Plan to make two sets and you'll use up your packages of ingredients. Updated to add: Works well in crockpot - cook on low 6-8 hours. I'm sure it would work great from frozen as well. Also, I've used plain onion soup mix and the taste is still great.

    Recipe #219112

I'm a fan of Paula Deen of the Food Network--good food on the table quick. It looked on TV, but when I set out to make it myself, I wasn't sure of this list of ingredients, not being from the south myself. I had never heard of Brunswick Stew, but after trying it, I'll definitely be making it again.

    Recipe #111264

For such a large quantity of applesauce, I purchase mine at a food warehouse.

    Recipe #64079

Cayenne makes this spicy! I'm a wimp so use less. Serve it piping hot with thick slices of warm crusty bread. Adapted from Rebecca Field Jager in her cookbook How to Make !ove and Dinner at the Same Time.

This soup is to die for! My friend Jan makes it for potlucks and I can never get enough. It is the best, yummiest, soup around. Good for those cold winter days and those times when you need comfort food. I don't even want to think about the calories....

    Recipe #48014

This is one of those good ol' down home meals. Add a pan of cornbread and you've got it made! You can obviously make this spicier by adding more chili powder, cayenne, jalapenos or just pass the Tabasco. Please note that the time shown is an estimate only as there will be a variance of heat from one crockpot to the next.

    Recipe #41246

very tender, very juicy. makes lots of gravy great over mashed potatoes simple to make. melts in your mouth everyone who's tried this recipe agrees you won't find an easier or better tasting beef roast recipe anywhere.
