    Recipe #381505

    Recipe #381500

This recipe is from taste of home and I believe I made it over 10 times last holiday season for guests & gatherings - everywhere I went it was a huge hit! I would cook it over the stove and then put it in a crock pot set on warm to keep it warm (Just remember to stir it often). I recommend using decaf tea bags if you are serving this to guests since not everyone does well with caffeine. This is so easy and sure to please!! Update: If you venture from the directions of this recipe, it will not turn out correctly, I have never had this taste of strong tea that a reviewer described, the cardamon is the main flavor of this and when used correctly makes this recipe absolutely delicious. Please don't judge this recipe after one bad review who did not follow the exact ingredients and directions completely as described. I don't recommend putting in two cinnamon sticks, I have found leaving one in for a longer period of time produces a very strong cinnamon taste, that does not compliment the authentic chia taste that this recipe produces. Please try this and enjoy it, it truly is amazing!

From 'The Electric Slow Cooker Cookbook' (Circa 1976) I've been using this recipe for nearly 20 years. Sweet yet savory at the same time.

I got this recipe from a nurse at work. We're always sharing easy and family-pleasing recipes. The sauce tastes like a creamy Alfredo sauce. This is great with noodles.

Amazing flavor, and so simple! No salt needed here. In fact, you may wish to use half the ranch dressing mix to cut back on the saltiness. Found this Crock-Pot pot roast recipe on of a website called It's all the rage there, so I thought I'd try it.

    Recipe #27208

This came about as a "kitchen sink" concoction between friends. We just threw everything in and loved it so much that we've just got to share it with you!

A good, hearty vegetable soup that can be prepared the night before and put to cook before you leave the house in the morning. Excellent topped with parmesan cheese.

This is almost too easy to be called a recipe, but I had to share it anyway. I came up with it one night when I wanted a nice meal but wasn't feeling too motivated. I love Crock-Pot cooking!

    Recipe #95569

Another of my aunt's recipes. Great for those cold nights.

    Recipe #50144

I got this recipe from a newsletter (via email). This recipe is courtesy of Linda Dixon. I made it and I loved it. If you like a cream-type of potato soup and dill, this is the one for you. Please feel free to tweak to your personal preferences, I did. I will post the recipe how I got it. The substitutions I made was instead of evaporated milk, I used about 5 oz. (1/3 of a 16 oz tub) of sour cream, and I used shredded carrots instead of sliced. Enjoy.

These can also be cooked in the oven and I have done so many times, prep time includes browning the ribs ;-)

    Recipe #223102

This is to die for! Don't be shocked by the amount of garlic, it does work. I just wouldn't recommend any up-close-personal-contact for a couple days.... ;)

    Recipe #64913

Place in crockpot and head to work - yummy dinner will be ready and waiting for you.

I have had this recipe for a many years and am now just getting the opportunity to post. Easy and delicious -- just what we like:)

This is so good and so easy. Just throw it into the crock and in a few hours a nice dish everyone will love.

    Recipe #348084

This is an easy recipe to make and is Feingold friendly.

    Recipe #344000

It's next to impossible to find ricotta cheese here in Mexico so decided to try the recipe in my Cruising Cuisine cookbook and it's WONDERFUL, and so easy too! Plan to continue to make my own Ricotta even when we get back to the states! I make mine in the crockpot, which pretty much eleminates the possibility of scourching the milk, however it can be made on the stove top, but watch it carefully.
