I love this Crock-Pot chicken recipe for two reasons: one, my family loves it and two, it is so easy to make! I got this recipe from my sister. She has two children of her own, and they love it too! It's also the best leftovers in the world -- if there are any!
I discovered this one a few weeks ago. I started out trying to make chicken and rice and ended up with this.
It is very tender and very good. An excellent make-ahead dish for summer. All the work is done before the crock pot is even warm.
This is excellent for fajitas, pasta salads, chicken salad, soup, added to beans and rice, just laying on bread for chicken sandwiches, or just eating cold.
This has quickly become a favorite around this house. Even my husband, who hates mushrooms, gobbles this dinner up. Of course, being prepared in a crock-pot makes it very easy to make. I have a very large crock-pot, so you may want to scale this down a little for a smaller pot.
I found this on the all recipes site. This is a very easy recipe for a delicious pot roast. It makes its own gravy. It's designed especially for the working person who does not have time to cook all day, but it tastes like you did. You'll want the cut to be between 5 and 6 pounds.
Low carbing it? This makes a great supper, and it's so easy just to prepare in the morning and it's ready when you come home hungry for supper! I've doubled the recipe and froze the chicken breasts in single servings to just pop in the microwave.
