This slow cooker corned beef recipe is so easy, with basic ingredients, and it cooks on low for 7 hours. It is basic, but it is so very delicious. Hubby gave it 5 stars out of 5 and even my fussy 2-year-old ate it all. Hope you enjoy it!
We ate this with roasted vegetables, and I topped mine with pickled mustard; my husband used gravy.
I like this recipe for the taste and because it all fits into my 4 quart crock pot (packed). After the batch is done, I can them into jars for home use and gifts. To make it easier on myself, I use my spiral apple peeler/corer.
Here's another of Robin's "fast and fabulous" recipes, this time a yummy, spicy, full-of-shrimp-and -chicken jambalaya. You can adjust the heat in this meal by adjusting the amount of cayenne used. You can even leave out, if you wish.
This is a great way to have baked potatoes ready when you come home. I own two crock pots. In one I have my meat and the other I have a vegetable, some type of side or dessert. You can create a whole meal in a crock pot.

Here is a new crock pot recipe that I just tried.....turned out SOOO good and took SO little effort. I LOVE being able to have the entire mess cleaned up way before supper! My hubby liked this one a LOT....better than my old recipe!

Since posting this recipe I again made it for supper one night. The tip roast did not turn out tender at all...as a caution I would make this with a chuck roast or other cut of beef that will turn out tender *updated 2/4/08*
