    This is a tastey breakfast casserole that can be done in under an hour! You can make it spicy or mild depending on which cheese you decide to use. Or you can mix them and choose the middle ground. For kids, I usually have to choose the mozzarella though. For adults, I sometimes add some green chiles or a seeded jalepeno, chopped very fine. But I really like heat. I also sometimes increase the garlic!

    I found this recipe from Kellogg's in a magazine about 30 years ago and still make it. It takes a little prep work, but worth every minute. The All-Bran adds crunch and flavor so don't leave it out. Great company dish and can easily be doubled. I serve these with a simple white sauce.

    These are great with soup or as little appetizers. Only 3 ingredients! If baking on a cookie sheet, lightly grease it. Personally, I prefer baking any kind of rolls on a baking stone. It's nearly impossible to burn them! I can remember many meals as a child when my grandmother would forget to take the rolls out of the oven, and when we complained about the bottoms being burnt, she'd reply, "They're not burnt - just a little brown."
