I received a link to this in response to a recipe request. I haven't had a chance to make it, so I'm posting for safe keeping. Manicotti filled with ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, served with sauteed shrimp tossed with Roma tomatoes and scallions in a carbonara sauce with Parmesan and pancetta bacon. Note: Prep and cook times are estimated since the website did not list them and I have not yet made this recipe.

Some of the berries get mashed into the batter, giving these a very unique look and taste. Supposedly from Jordan Marsh, according to the community cookbook I found this in. These are rich and delicious. NOTE: You really only can use fresh berries for this particular recipe. I did try using frozen once and they really didn't turn out as well. I prefer to use margarine in this recipe as it makes them puff higher and stick less, but butter is fine if that is all you have handy.

I found this recipe online several different places, and it IS a very good recipe. If you don't want to use the syrups called for in other recipes, make your own! When the syrup is done, brew the espresso, steam some hot milk, and continue with your latte. It's simple, it's delicious, and inexpensive. No hard to find syrups. Preparation time is a guess and probably takes less time then stated. Note: Please note! The recipe makes more syrup then called for. Please use only the amount called for. Put the rest in the refrig and use it later.Also, the stuff starbucks uses is obviously different from homemade, so use the amount called for.
