    This was the first meal Andrew made for me, when we first starting going out years ago. Must have been good! I like it with lots of sauce so I use two cans of soup but Andrew says the original recipe only called for one can of soup so please adjust to your taste.

    This is the best Turkey Salad I have ever tasted! It is totally addictive! It can be eaten on a bed of greens or between slices of your favorite bread. It is best eaten after chilled in the refrigerator for a couple hours, but it can be eaten immediately after being prepared as well. Inspired by a newly adopted Zaar recipe.

    I made this last night and it was outstanding! I originally tried the recipe b/c I only had an hour to cook a whole chicken, and since the recipe calls for the whole chicken to be pressed flat, it cooks in under an hour. Don’t forgo the sauce! It really made the chicken into a gourmet meal! I used olives stuffed with almonds since it did not specify what kind of stuffed olives. I found the recipe in Tom Bridge’s What’s Cooking – Chicken cookbook. Serve with salad greens and new potatoes for a great meal. You can use fat-free ingredients as well for a fat-free recipe according to the author. Also the recipe calls for it to marinate for 4 hours and I marinated it overnight…..

    Made this up when we were grilling and had an abundance of peaches. Delicious!!! The feta adds a nice tang to balance with the sweetness of the peaches. Leave off the feta if you don't like it, or substitute bleu cheese.
