Cooking from the Pantry
All recipes call for ingredients from the pantry/freezer, or long term fridge keepers (soy sauce, worchester, etc.). All recipes are allowed one perishable ingredient, not includeing what I feel are staples. Eggs, butter, milk (I always have powdered),onions, garlic. If you love to cook prechopping and freezing onion is the only way to go. Garlic keeps quite well a room temp. and of course the minced bottled or frozen garlic works very well.
