I have been working on perfecting the perfect crustless quiche recipe for years. I always use spinach, but I bought some Rainbow Swiss Chard at the local farmer's market today, and I thought I'd give it a try in quiche. I used Rainbow Chard (pink/yellow/white/orange stems---- BEAUTIFUL), but you can use any chard (or try substituting other greens) I do notice that fresh greens give a much better taste than frozen greens though!

It turned cold here last night, so I made this meal-in-a-bowl stew for our dinner last night and was very pleased with it. It looks like a lot of ingredients, but it was quick to put together. I did it all in a non-stick electric frying pan, but you could do it on the stove top or in the oven. If you can’t get brown gravy powder, use flour and add a bit of extra seasoning to taste. I don't like celery, zucc, broccoli, corn, beans or cauli in stews or casseroles, but you could add any of them if you wanted (I guess ;-) )

I just came up with this one night after discovering my fiance doesn't like tuna. I just had to try to convert him... and I did! I didn't measure, just kind of dumped stuff in, so I'm estimating on some measurements. Feel free to adjust mayo, breadcrumbs, etc. for desired texture. The quantity can be 2 BIG buns or 4 regular sandwiches.

My mom made this for me each time she came out to help after the birth of my children. She did the cooking and made this wonderful, simple and super tasty dish! I still make this a lot on cool nights. Very comforting and can be done super quickly. My kids love it too if I don't spice it up too much. I like to add a few shakes of crushed red peppers to the dish. We usually serve this over rice but I bet serving it over egg noodles would be great too!
