--Tasty Dish-- last week requested a "pumpkin steamer" and I quickly threw this together. Success, yay! Note: This recipe will also work with rice milk, soy, almond milk, etc. if you want to go the dairy-free route. Skip the honey for a vegan version and use another alternate sugar. Happy Thanksgiving!

    Recipe #468652

For a dairy-free version substitute yellow watermelon, cantaloupe, yellow or orange bell pepper, orange slices, etc. Recipe can be easily doubled or tripled. From craftymoods.com. Photo by Cookgirl and art direction by --Tasty Dish--. Bing cherries, raisins, currants, dried dates/figs, etc. can replace the grapes as a suggestion.

    Recipe #461948

Printed in a free recipe pamphlet --Tasty Dish-- received in the mail from the eatwisconsincheese.com website.

Although I am a yet a toddler I've been feeling nostalgic lately! Every year at Christmas, we receive (Daddy included!) a box of Barnum's Animal Crackers in our stockings! Did you know that the Barnum's Animal Cracker box was originally designed to hang on the Christmas tree, hence the reason for the string attached to the box? I think it would be fun to add some fresh parsley sprigs (pretend trees). Discovered on yumsugar.com. via Kraft.com.

    Recipe #436696

I found this recipe on the blog makeandtakes: "crafts.food.fun." The original recipe used a cake mix to make the cookies, store purchased frosting and standard issue chocolate chips-fyi. If you prefer, you could bake one big cookie to share with your friends and family! Photo coming soon!

    Recipe #435925

A cinnamon toast recipe --Tasty-- created especially for the UK leg of the Zaar World Tour 2010. --Tasty-- is not of legal age to join the Tour, but she has asked me to send along to all participants a message of goodwill and best wishes. Psst-this is also yummy in French toast! (Those French!)

    Recipe #423369

You don't need a fondue pot to prepare and serve this dish, but it would make for a fun and interesting conversation piece with your children at the dining table. It may also be worth it to you to dust off your old fondue pot from the basement or look for one cheaply at a second hand store. A mild cheddar cheese will work in this recipe, too and if you don't have roasted garlic on hand, just go ahead and add a small pinch of salt-free garlic powder.

    Recipe #421802

Using (and inspired by) two food products from Trader Joe's-Trader Joe's brand Sunflower Seed Butter and Trader Joe's brand Organic 'Superfruit' fruit spread which contains: "a blend of Morello cherries, red grape, blueberry and pomegranate." Feel free to substitute another favorite nut or seed butter.

You can have fun trying different toppings for your own personalized pizza! --Tasty-- requested extra pepperoni-strawberries and grape-olives, unfortunately, the pizzeria was out of white chocolate chips the day we had pizza delivered! Our last hurrah as we bid a sad goodbye to the final days of summer! Adapted from the watermelonboard.com. DO NOT assemble the pizza until just before serving or the ingredients will get soggy from the watermelon.
