This is from Everyday with Rachael Ray April 2008. It was under a special section of light foods so it should be healthier for you despite what Recipezaar may calculate. My recommendation for this recipe is instead of getting a whole chicken just get a package of mixed pieces of chicken or just drumsticks or whatever you prefer.

    Recipe #304467

Just saw this recipe on Rachael's talk show. I LOVE onion soup and I LOVE roast beef sandwiches . . . so the combo sounds absolutely awesome!!

    Recipe #239988

Just watched Rachel make this on Food Network. Looks delicious and I wanted to post it before I forgot about it (since it's happy hour)!

    Recipe #239720

This recipe orginally came with Rachael's San Fran-Caesar Salad. Since I make my own croutons now, I think this is by far my favorite. I usually double or triple the recipe, adjusting the herbs and seasoning to taste. (I don't triple the black pepper but usually leave it at 1 teaspoon and use about 1 c. parmesan cheese.) I also use any kind of bread that I have available...even hotdog or hamburger buns.) Using herbs from my garden I will use fresh thyme, parsley, rosemary, red and sweet basil and chives, chopped fine (all together or whatever I have on hand.) I am typing her orginal recipe, so adjust to your own taste. My grandkids will eat these just as a snack...enjoy!

My mom made these for dinner the other night and we all loved them. Thick, with the perfect amount of sweetness.

    Recipe #218829

Found this recipe on Rachael Ray's website!! Great way to use up leftovers from your St. Patrick's Day feast!

    Recipe #217991

Chicken, Biscuits 'n' Gravy Casserole from Rachael Ray!!

    Recipe #201816

For so few ingredients, this soup is divine! Very easy, simply yummy and a great side to nice sammie for a light meal.

    Recipe #197008

Another yummy recipe from Rachel Ray Show. This one is for dinner tonight. Picture to follow. ;) Looks Yummy though. I would use a 3 cheese blend - parm, asagio and romano myself as that is my fav. I will also use 1-2 8oz packages of Rising Moon Garlic and Basil frozen Gnocchi (depending on your preference)in place of the fresh since I could not locate fresh in the refrigerated grocery aisle here locally. May be only seasonally in my area. ;)

    Recipe #195613

Rachael Ray made this on her show recently and I can't wait to try it. It sure looks good and healthy. She promoted this as a 15-minute soup.

    Recipe #194982

Rachael Ray says that her mother loves limoncello and she made this lemon pasta for her mom. My children love pasta in any form and they thought this was wonderful. I have to agree. Perfect for hot summer nights.

    Recipe #168748

This came from Everyday with Rachael Ray. She cooked this in the oven but I put it on the grill. I seared the chicken skin side down on direct heat until browned then flipped the chicken and cooked the breasts on indirect heat for around 30 minutes.

    Recipe #168743

From Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Meals, this is a great hearty meal - thicker than a soup, thinner than a stew. The ingredients are very flexible. Try sweet sausage instead of hot, split peas instead of lentils, or broccoli cuts, chard or kale instead of spinach. (In fact, the original recipe calls for kale or chard, but I can't get the computer to recognize the measurements for either!) The two pot method can be used to create a long-simmered taste in very little time, or you can just make it all in one pot and simmer a little longer. It also freezes beautifully. Serve with a hearty bread for a complete meal.

From Food Network website. I have changed this to be a vegetarian dish. You can substitute vegetarian kielbasa with the real thing, of course. I have made this a couple of times, and the taste changes depending on the type of pierogis used. You can use beet leaves rather than kale, if you'd like. This is a great way to use up some of those winter greens! I often leave out the kielbasa all together as there is only two of us here and it is just too large of a dish with it included. Vegetarian kielbasa is available under the Tofurkey and Boca brands at your local health food store (at least in California!)You can also order it online.

I love the simplicity of this recipe. Warm coffee poured over vanilla ice cream. Looks great served in a clear glass mug. Yum!

    Recipe #134511

This is a quick and easy chicken receipe that can go as a main course with just about anything. I made a roux in a saucepan with butter and flour and garlic and added the pan drippings to it with the wine instead of leaving it in the oven it would take longer to thicken if let in oven.

    Recipe #132925

This recipe makes HUGE burgers. Next time I will make them thinner/smaller. I did the patties on the Foreman grill. We enjoyed the flavors so much I'm making the burgers again this week, only I'm trying turkey, and bacos!

    Recipe #131185

This was adapted from the show 30 Minute Meals with Rachael Ray. So tasty! A must try!

    Recipe #130190

This is based on Rachael Ray's recipe for Wellingtons ("Well Deserved, Well Dressed Individual Beef Wellingtons"), but I've also made them with sea scallops in addition to beef and they were astoundingly delicious. :) This is a *very* romantic dinner item. *grin* My husband was a big fan of this dish!!
