These cookies are very simple but delicious!! I didn't use cinnamon or nutmeg and although some people may have thought this recipe may be tasteless, I loved it! However, if you love flavor, then you may try the cinnamon and nutmeg although I would recommend this cookie without them as well!
This recipe may be to huge so you may cut it in half or I even made 1/4 of it and still got 8 medium sized cookies.
This recipe was printed in an advertising flyer for a local realtor. My neighbor brought some over after she made them and they were pretty dang tasty. These would make great cookies for St. Patrick's Day.
Oh boy! Making it may be messy, but it's still lots of fun to do with the kids, with a healthful, tasty snack as the final product.
A great recipe for kids to make. No baking! These cookies are so nutritious, kids can eat as many as they want. Just don't tell them.
I found this last year in the "Taste of Home" magazine. They were an instant hit and left everyone craving more. Excellent for Valentines especially, but they are good any time of the year. I dip them in the milk chocolate and drizzle white - though the recipe calls for it the other way, you can chose to reverse the amounts between white and milk chocolate chips according to your taste.
Created from tortilla chips which were crushed. At Christmas time, recipe is called Rummy Tortilla Cookie Crisps with rum added.
They are crispy, crunchy and soft.10 minutes for soft, 12 minutes for crispy. Note: If you add more brown sugar plus spices and white chocolate chips as the reviewer stated, this will be a crisper sweeter cookie. I really appreciated the comments, but watch...being flatter, they will burn easily.
I drizzle a white glaze on top for gift giving.
Refrigerated cookie dough and mini peanut butter cups make preparing these a breeze...BUT they taste like a lot of effort goes into them. This recipe was given to me, so I do not know who Stormy is, but I figured I should give him/her credit! According to "Stormy", you can also do these with Rolos (haven't tried that yet!)
