The BEST peanut butter cookie ever!! Soft, moist and chewy every time...bursting with peanut butter flavor. From "Mary Jane's Cookbook" These won't stay around the cookie jar for long. Make sure to store them in a covered container to keep them moist.

    Recipe #259415

This is a beautiful naturally gluten free cookie that looks pretty and tastes very nice masha Allah. I make these as gifts as well as for family. Make sure not to over mix when making the whole batch. I always make a half batch at a time and bake as soon as possible. Over mixing or handling the batter will make the cookies tougher. Found on http://www.afghancooking.net.

These Swiss cookies have been baked since medieval times! For Krabeli you do not need the fancy molds (stamps).

    Recipe #440896

These are easy no-bake cookies my children are always asking for, but we have to have for the holidays. They are so easy the kids can take over after you melt the almond bark.

    Recipe #39393

When I make these cookies, most of them get gobbled by non-celiacs... Nobody ever realised they were gluten free.

    Recipe #342237

Using half shortening and half butter for this recipe is the true ingredients that make the cookie yummy!

I'm from New York and trying to find a good baker in Florida to buy these has been hard, so I made my own and they are a hit. I usually have to make double batches because they are gone the first day!

A lady I had worked with years ago, brought these cookies in one day and said that if we didn't eat them she would- in one sitting! I hounded that poor woman for months to get this recipe! It sounds like a lot of work but well worth the time and number of ingredients.
