This is a great recipe for Halloween or Christmas cookie trays. Serving amount is a total guess, depending on the size you make your cookie.
I have several cookie recipes posted that incorporate blueberry's. This is one I found in a Good Housekeeping magazine. I like the addition of spices to the cookie part.
This recipe contains no butter or shortening. A perfect cookie with a cuppa your favorite tea or coffee blend. Even better the next day after spices have mingled
A RSC entry.
Feel free to use creamcheese in replacement of the mascarpone.
This from our local area newspaper. Note that the blueberries in this recipe are of the dried variety. Not Fresh.!!
A candy bar for the secret ingredient--
From good ol TOH. Tried and true--
I love spice cookies and these fit the bill perfectly.
This from a recipe book my son got way back in preschool. Perfect little mints.
A Paula Deen Favorite and that makes it one of mine. These make huge cookies per directions. Feel free to make size of your choice.
Another of my favorite recipes using coffee.
Passive time does not include refrigeration.
My first born's love of blueberry's has me making these quite often. Either fresh or frozen work fine.
This is another really old recipe from Better Homes and Gardens. Make sure you frost with my recipe#278515.
These are very similar to the typical merinque type cookie but w/an added surprise. To make it truly a surprise (as suggested by 2Bleu) try using white-chocochips. :-) (After reading reviews, I have altered the ingredient list).
All my favorites rolled into one square. I'm in heaven--
A crispy cookie chock full of peanuts. YUM!
Another great cereal bar cookie. This makes a huge amount and I always cut it in half and place in a 9x13.
These are the ones that you use the chow mein noodles. If not the same, similar.
Another TOH favorite!
I found this one in a TOH cookbook of favorites. It's definitely a favorite if you love cashews!!
