    Coffee Drinks

I love coffee. I love coffee on it's own... in something... even just as a scent in a candle or something. And I especially love it when it is cold and frothy! These are some great recipes that I have either tried or they have just struck my fancy and I hope to make them someday.

Before all those specialty coffee creamers came out; I found this recipe years ago. You can make it for yourself, or give it to someone as a gift. "Taste Good"!!! I'm not sure of prep. time.

This is something I tried when I realised that there was too much chocolate syrup at home and I needed to find ways to get rid of it! Turned up with this surprisingly simple, easy but yummy frappe recipe. It's not very sweet, but for someone who doesn't add sugar to her coffee (um... that's me), it's perfect! Oh, but feel free to do so, if you wish.

    Recipe #14370

A delicious summertime treat! These are almost as good as Starbuck's caramel frappuccinos. Try substituting chocolate syrup for a mocha version or adding other flavored syrups like vanilla, almond, etc. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel. This recipe was taken from Top Secret Recipes.

    Recipe #36123

This is a great blended coffee drink. I use it often as a pick me up in the afternoon on busy days! I have even added 50ml of kaluaha for a special adult treat!

    Recipe #185916

I love coffee. (you're shocked, I can tell) I like to keep a pitcher of this in my fridge, especially during the summer.

    Recipe #113064

A beautiful yummy sauce that goes so well over brownies, ice cream, angel food cake or pound cake! Use in between layers in a trifle. From the Folgers folks.

    Recipe #198831

I always drink a creamy coffee, whether it's hot or cold. I was surprised to enjoy this coffee so much. It's different in that it uses brown sugar. Note: the amount of coffee has been adjusted in the recipe, making for a more mild flavor

This is from Southern Living. It is so much better than the ones you can buy at some coffee places. Very easy to make.

    Recipe #58758

A wonderful treat, especially on a hot day. I keep a tray of coffee ice cubes in my freezer during the summer so that I can always whip up a batch of these drinks. This uses skim milk & fat-free chocolate syrup, so it's not only cheaper, but also lower calorie than the iced coffee sold at most coffee shops. I have used both brewed and instant coffee and it works well with either kind. (Prep time given is for freezing the coffee ice cubes, cook time is for actually making the drink.)

    Recipe #128060

This is a really special version of Iced Coffee. Good enough to serve as a dessert! You do require at least an hour chilling time.

    Recipe #132246

    One word......... YUMMMMMMM!

    Recipe #141092

A mocha frappuccino from the coffee shop...made right at home!

    Recipe #152705

This recipe is from "Busy Woman's Cookbook." Authored by Sharon and Gene McFall.
