This recipe actually calls for Breasts, but I used thighs and they were moist and lucious! Goes well with steamed Basamati Rice.

Another favorite from "More Fat Free & Ultra Low Fat Recipes from Doris' Kitchen" by Doris Cross in Stillwater, OK. I have never tried the gravy myself. If you follow the instructions the chicken is yummy.

    Recipe #191435

This is a great way to do wings too. Truly finger licking good.

    Recipe #60636

This is a twist on the chicken cordon bleu. Filled with sundried tomatoes, herbs, cheese, and prosciutto. If using fresh garlic in place of the roasted cut back on it. Chicken breast is low in fat and cooks very quick so do not overcook!

The presentation and taste is that of a Very Fine Restaurant. Pamper your loved ones with these elegant pillows filled with flavor making them fit for a romantic Valentines evening. Served over a bed of fresh spinach or rice. Don't forget to remove the string or toothpicks.

    Recipe #282902

This is a wonderful lower-fat restaurant-quality dish that is easy to make, I also like to add in a few tablespoons of capers and cook with the lemon glaze if you are a lover of capers then add them in as it really adds to the flavour of this dish --- this lemon sauce is not a heavy creamy sauce which is what makes this dish lower in fat, it is more like a glaze that soaks into the chicken, and I would strongly suggest to double or even triple the glaze I most always do, and please be certain to use only dry breadcrumbs as fresh will not stick to the chicken as well --- this is *very* good!

    Recipe #129345

This is a lightened up version of the Applebee's south-west favorite. I have skipped the tortilla chips and served it with Spanish rice and a green salad with a spicy vinaigrette to keep the meal light and healthy.

This recipes comes from "Quick and Easy Low-Carb Cooking" by Nancy Hughes. It is easy to prepare and economical. Low in carbs it is perfect for those watching their carb intake. I used lemon pepper to reduce the sodium; however, you can use salt and pepper if preferred.

    Recipe #209386

This is THE most AWESOME grill marinade I've ever tasted in my life! I don't know where my Mom got this, but there is no match that I've ever known of...it is simplicity and freshness, yet rich, robust and succulent! I haven't told you this one yet, because I was entering it in a grilling contest for a Weber grill, but I can't hold back any longer! It is wonderful for chicken breasts and also for lamb. My Mom used to make chicken and lamb kabobs with this marinade and we always wanted more!!! NOTE: Prep time does not include the 24-48 hours marinating time. UPDATE: My grill has died....So in desperation to taste this chicken again, I tried Bobo3039's suggestion about baking it in a 350 degree oven...Results were wonderful!!! (Still missed that charcoal essence, but one must "roll with the punches" and make do...In this case, Bobo3039 was right on the money!)

I adapted this recipe of R. Reisman to make it with chicken breasts - I have also made it with chicken thighs - and both ways are really really good! You can use hot salsa for extra spice.

This is a copy cat recipe from Todd Wilbur and his www.TopSecretRecipes.com site. I made these for my husband and I and they are just like the ones from Chili's. So good, I am sure you will enjoy them. It is a little time consuming but worth every second.

    Very good chicken!

    Recipe #27881

A copy of the popular sandwich from Wendy's. The recipe comes from www.topsecretrecipes.com, and was created by Todd Wilbur. It can also be found in his book "Even More Top Secret Recipes." To make this a little healthier, just broil the sandwiches in the oven.

Doesn't this sound romantic? I had this elegant sounding recipe in my collection for years, clipped from a magazine. This is the perfect thing for an elegant, romantic dinner especially for Valentine's Day. Note: If you can't find boursin cheese in the store, you can use a homemade version - there are several recipes for this cheese right here on Recipezaar or Alouette Garlic & Herb cheese also works. I prefer baby spinach leaves, in which case you will need several per piece of chicken, enough to cover the top of each breast. I used Wishbone Red Wine & Olive Oil Vinaigrette in this.

    Recipe #50528

    Super easy quick fix entree.

    Recipe #234175

I searched and finally found this recipe on the internet. It is a copycat of the Bourbon Chicken sold in Chinese carry-outs in my hometown. This recipe is so good that my sons gobble it up leaving me just a spoonful. Their excuse was they thought I had eaten. Editor's Note: Named Bourbon Chicken because it was supposedly created by a Chinese cook who worked in a restaurant on Bourbon Street.

    Recipe #45809

This recipe really satisfies my craving for Chinese food. I serve it over rice and steamed vegetables on the side. The sauce makes just enough to glaze the chicken. I usually double or even triple the sauce recipe to have enough to pour over our rice and veggies. It is a nice low-fat alternative to the restaurant-style Sesame Chicken.

    Recipe #44321

I love this recipe. I think it is the simple little lemon sauce that makes it. From Gourmet.

    Recipe #251314

Adapted from Rachael Ray - 30 minute meals - A combination of boneless skinless tenderloins or breasts and thighs well lend to a more rustic, "cooked all day" taste. A very comforting meal on a cold day.
