My family loves Mahatma's Saffron Yellow rice, but I don't love the sodium content! This is close enough that my family doesn't know the difference, but I do... oh well, I shall perfect it in time.

    Recipe #408295

Not quite Big Mac sauce, but it is better than bottled Thousand Island dressing on burgers.

    Recipe #459492

This salad with it's dressing is wonderfully authentic in taste to the salad served at the "Olive Garden" restaurants. The dressing recipe makes enough dressing to cover a large bowl of salad.

We had these at Bonefish Grill. They are a great app. Since then, I have been trying many recipes looking for one that tastes close. This is the best that I have found. Sometimes I fix these and just serve with a salad for lunch - very delicious!

    Recipe #165875

This is my favorite recipe for potato soup. It's a copycat of the one they use to serve at the St. Louis Bread Company (Panera). The recipe originally called for shredding your potatoes, but I never could get them to cook that way. I know they should cook faster, but I never could get it to work.

When our DD and SIL came for a visit, they introduced us to two mouthwatering recipes which they prepared as a birthday treat. They prepared these fries along with Marinated Grilled Steaks, like The Outback. Needless to say, it was an absolutely delicious meal. Hope you enjoy this as much as we did.

    Recipe #102336

These are THE BEST cinnamon rolls! The recipe is from Todd Wilbur's "More Top Secret Recipes." and www.TopSecretRecipes.com. They're oooey, goooey and rich! The dough can easily be prepared in your bread machine, just follow your manufacturer's order of ingredients. I put the ingredients in the night before, and then roll out and bake in the morning. I would like to share the following suggestions by reviewers about the filling "leaking out" during baking: 1) add a few tablespoons flour to the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture 2) using a flour "shaker" or sifter, I lightly dust the margarine with flour before sprinkling with the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture, then again on top of the BS/cinnamon mixture, before rolling up the dough.

    Recipe #76864

This recipe originally came from the Olive Garden website but I have changed a few of the steps after trial and error in my home chicken. We have a thing for lemony chicken in my house and this is one of the favorites.

    Recipe #35177

From Top Secret Recipes www.topsecretrecipes.com. Copycat of KFC's Macaroni and Cheese.

My mom gave me this recipe, noting that she heard it on a radio talk show. It tastes remarkably like the packaged kind and has been a favorite in our family for years.

    Recipe #130232

From Top Secret Recipes www.topsecretrecipes.com. "This recipe is practically identical to the one Kraft uses for their Shake'n Bake bread coating. The only difference you'll find is that the real Shake'n Bake contains beet powder - a hard to find ingredient that gives the mix a dark orange tint. It doesn't do much for the flavor however, so it's been left out of the recipe. Try it and you'll swear it's the same thing."

    Recipe #111637

From www.TopSecretRecipes.com I had this wonderful dish with my sister in Florida. Now I can make it at home. I had a hard time getting the sauce to thicken so I added cornstarch. This recipe reflects that. It also makes a LOT of sauce.

    Recipe #188770

This is the actual Macaroni Grill recipe for Carmela's Chicken Rigatoni. At home, I use a combination of olive oil (2 T) and butter (4T) instead of butter flavored oil (less overall as well). In addition, I use Kittencal's recipe for caramelized onions http://www.food.com/recipe/kittencals-caramelized-onions-89007.

    Recipe #226968

Copycat of Romano's Macaroni Grill® "Recipe adapted from Todd Wilbur's version Chicken Portobello Menu Description: "Grilled chicken breast with Portobello mushrooms, smoked mozzarella and demi glace, with a spinach orzo pasta. Fire up the grill for this take on one of Romano's most popular entrees. After you grill a couple of portobella mushroom caps, slice them thinly at an extreme angle to make wide slices that fit perfectly on top of grilled chicken breasts that have been rubbed with stone ground mustard (the kind with the whole mustard seeds in it). Romano's delicious demi glace is made from reduced veal stock, but a nice substitute can be made from a combination of canned beef broth and chicken broth. With plenty of garlic, rosemary and thyme in there, you'll have sauce that will get everyone in the house drooling as it simmers on the stove. The fresh julienned spinach tossed into the orzo pasta just before it's served scores extra points.

    Recipe #290808

Source: Chef Josh Upton, Carrabba's Italian Grill - azfamily.com. I found this on Recipegoldmine. I have eaten this at Carrabba's in the past, and posting it to test its "authentic" flavor at a later date.

If you like Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, you'll love this!

    Recipe #24178

I miss Bigelow's most popular tea so much, I had to make a replacement. Sure, friends do send it in "care" packages but never enough.
