Pita- 1 pt : Salad pita pocket Pepperoni- 1 pt : 5 slices (if you want less pts, use turkey, I didn't. I don't like it.) Cheese- 1 pt : fat free mozerella Sauce- Ragu has the least amt of calories and fat that I have found use whatever vegetable toppings you want. I listed what I used below. When you add everything up and put it into ww calculations it comes up with 4 pts. (I guess everything else gets you one more pt.)

    I found this recipe on the Skinny Girl Website. I made it the other night, and it's delicious! I sauteed the mushrooms and then set them aside in a different bowl.     This is a lowfat, delicious quiche! I am always asked for this recipe (I serve often at brunches). Can be made ahead & baked next day, and/or frozen. Leftovers are wonderful when warmed in microwave and placed on toasted english muffin. My 2 year-old loves it too. NOTE: Do not use real crab meat; it will not come out the same.

    I thought I had spaghetti sauce and had planned to make spaghetti and meatballs for supper. I hope you like this version. You can play around with it and add a bunch of sauteed veggies. I just didn't have time! Enjoy!

    A friend gave me a copy of this recipe. I just tried it for the first time tonight. I baked it for 45 minutes and forgot to check on the progress in the oven.....half of the cheese burned! So take the baking time with a grain of salt. I would closely watch, or cover it loosely with foil partially through the baking time. We thought this was a wonderful way to have a cheesy saucy pasta dish but still be able to watch our weight! I haven't tweaked this yet or verified the points calculation - but who can resist sharing another WW recipe! 6 WW points per serving.

    If you are a lover of eggplant or have never tryed it, I urge you to make this recipe, it is just fantastic! Dryed bread crumbs may be used in place of the panko bread crumbs and two (28-ounce) cans whole plum tomatoes can be used in place of the fresh tomatoes, but fresh is better! To save time prepare the tomato sauce up to 2 days in advance. The eggplant slices can be broiled in the oven instead of frying in oil if desired.
