    Christmas Menus

Christmas breakfast is always the same for us. Dinner usually has an English theme with English crackers (poppers), prime rib, Yorkshire Pudding, and a Yule Log. But one year, we had two celebrations, so we also had a French Christmas with a goose and Buche de Noel.

A very easy and tasty recipe.

    Recipe #126199

Wonderful mix of spices. Often requested by my family.

    Recipe #27398

This is usually our Christmas dinner soup. Very rich and yummy ... albeit not at all calorie-wise.

    Recipe #307737

These peas have been a part of our traditional English Christmas for years.

    Recipe #307586

This is a healthier version of plum pudding which I believe I originally found in an Adelle Davis book. It is a part of my Christmas tradition which I love.

    Recipe #307588

This Caesar has no egg, no anchovy, no mustard, and no a few other traditional ingredients; but it is quick, easy, and all the teen-agers eat it. The passive work time is approximate and is for the garlic to flavor the dressing.

    Recipe #112355

This is an inherited recipe from a member who no longer frequents Zaar. Keeping the mixture at room temp and then keeping the muffing cups as piping hot as possible before getting the mixture into them is the true key to success... the rosemary and cayenne give this a real " something extra". Enjoy ! ZWT REGION: England.

    Recipe #75817

WAY back in the 80's, I attended chef school and one of the recipes we made was for a Buche Noel. It was very labor intense, but very tasty and very pleasing to the eye...If you have the time it is well worth it

    Recipe #73124

There are many kinds of breakfast egg casseroles, but for my children, this is the one that makes Christmas Christmas. I make it the day before and the first person up on Christmas morning pops it in the oven. Prep time does not include the overnight in the refrigerator which is necessary.
