    I like to add in 1 cup mini marshmallows after cooking but if you don't have any mini marshmallows, don't worry this fudge still tastes wonderful without them! For an extreme chocolate flavour omit the milk chocolate chips and use 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, or for vanilla fudge use 3 cups white chocolate baking chips. This fudge is versatile so have fun and play with different add-ins!

    A thick creamy bechamel sauce takes the place of alfredo sauce in this recipe --- if you are not a lover of spinach you may omit if desired, also to save some time cook the lasagna noodles a day in advance and place in an generously oiled baking sheet with oil brushed between the layers of noodles to prevent sticking, cover and refrigerate until ready to use, after cooking the noodles this takes very little time to put together and you may completely layer the lasagna and refrigerate up to 24 hours in advance before baking --- start the bechamel sauce slightly in advance, you will need to cool a portion of it to add to the ricotta mixture --- this is very good!

    A highly rated recipe from All by branchan that I have tweaked just slightly I feel for the better! ---I also use this rub on boneless Boston butt roast that I roast in the oven and then slice, for a pork loin about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the rub should be enough although you may use more if desired --- the roast needs to marinate for a minimum of 6 hours or up to 24 hours in the fridge, then must sit out at room temperature for a couple hours before roasting, so plan well in advance, make certain to line your pan completely with foil, because of the brown sugar it will be very hard to clean, or use a heavy disposable foil pan.

    If you wanted to go the extra step peel, finely chop or coarsely grate half a cucumber, hand squeeze out all the moisture then add in some to the cream cheese mixture --- these are easy to make and delicious, for some heat add in a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired --- if you are serving a large group of people I suggest to double the recipe, the bread slices may be lightly toasted if desired ---serving is only estimated.

    With only few ingredients this is a simple yet elegant entree to serve at a dinner party or a holiday dinner, usually two chops are served per person, this recipe is enough to serve 8 people using 2 chops per person, I suggest to prepare as many rib roasts as needed for the amount of people you will be serving --- for perfect lamb it is suggested to cook no more than medium-rare, and for perfect results a thermometer should be used, and you will have the most perfect rack of lamb! --- using focaccia breadcrumbs sets this rack of lamb apart from any other, it will produce a crispy outside crust on the lamb, make certain to purchase herb focaccia for this --- focaccia may be found at any bakery section of your grocery store, do not dry the crumbs use only fresh --- plan ahead the lamb needs to sit out at room temperature for about 1 hour before starting.

    Make certain to use 1 to 2 day-old bread for this, I strongly suggest not to double the amounts and bake in a larger baking dish, make two separate recipes and bake in two 8 x 8-inch casserole dishes, if you prefer a sweeter taste then increase the sugar amount.

    I have made these using dark rum, Grand Marnier and Bailey's Irish Cream, you can use any three with success.. I usually make these treats around the holiday season, but of coarse you can make them at any time. I make one batch using semisweet chocolate and one with white chocolate, these really should chill overnight before serving them, you'll be lucky if they make until the next day LOL!     These cookies are buttery and chewy with extreme coconut flavor, they are a sweet cookie, for a less sweeter taste you may reduce the white sugar by 2 tablespoons if desired, for some reason these are not as good if you double the recipe into one bowl, to double I would suggest to make two separate recipes into two bowls ---if you are a coconut-lover you will love these, I have made these cookies many times, they are very good! --- serving is only estimated and recipe may be doubled successfully.
