This recipe comes from one of our local cookbooks by Chef John Folse and Boscobel Cottage Plantation.

This recipe is from The Costco Connection, June 2009. It is very quick and delicious. The recipe calls for breast fillets which are smaller and thinner than breasts. If using breasts it might be necessary to flatten slightly to promote quick and even cooking.

I was searching for recipes using dried blueberries, and I found this one on the website of Michigan Blueberry Growers Association. Prep time does not include chill time, but I think it is best after chilling for a couple of hours. Blueberries are full of antioxidants---eat up!

My family loves citrus with chicken and this recipe not only uses the juice and zest of oranges, but lemons and limes as well. Chicken breast halves are browned in olive oil and butter, simmered in a citrus juice flavored with honey, fresh thyme, garlic, and ground ginger, and then topped with orange segments and chopped chives. The taste and aroma of this Florida Keys inspired citrus chicken dish will explode in mouth-watering delight. This flavorful citrus sauce works equally well with fish or pork.

I got this recipe from my mom and I think she got it from a friend at work. It is so good, I've modified it a little. I've made this with boneless pork chops too and they come out oh so tender. It's definitely a keeper for us! The important part of this recipe is the marinade so you need to plan ahead at least 4 hrs...if not overnight. Trust me it is worth the extra time!

This is a quick and easy recipe. I found it in Taste of Home Comfort Food Diet Cookbook and changed it to our tastes. I have used boneless/skinless chicken thighs which work out find...they are really a little moister.

I found this on the Sargento.com website and this was so good. Whenever my husband tells me that it's really good and I can make it again I figure it's worth posting. I hope you will try this and enjoy it as well.

    Recipe #398839

This is not your mother's Chicken Spaghetti. This version is a heated with chile peppers and made smooth and cheesy with Velveeta. It goes together quickly and easily and serves a large number of people. Remember this recipe when you want to entertain informally. And don't hesitate to use leftover turkey instead of the chicken!

    Recipe #400500

This recipe comes from my mom. I tried modifying it but decided it was perfect the way it was. Enjoy.

    Recipe #388413

The chicken soup and cornstarch is the secret ingredient to this delicious mouth watering juicy fried chicken, if desired you may brown the chicken pieces firstly in a little oil then finish cooking in the oven, don't bother using a different flavor of condensed soup it will not be good, this also works well using skin on chicken thighs or drumsticks, it's best to use all the same so the chicken will cook at the same time, there is enough batter for 6 large skin on chicken thighs --- plan slightly ahead as the coated chicken needs to sit at room temperature until it becomes doughy --- this is delicious!

    Recipe #281558

This chicken recipe is from a cookbook a group I belong to (Ellen submited this one) put out to raise money - it was a huge success and I get inspiration from it weekly. This is by far my families favorite - the smell while its cooking is unbelievably good! I generally use skinless chicken thighs. Hope you love it as much as we do.

I have no idea where this recipe originated, but as children we would request it for our birthday dinner and being 5 of us, we got to have it often!! While its cooking the aroma takes me right back to those times. You might want to make extra sauce its so good over rice!

This recipe came to me from a friend of my daughter's. It's quite easy and fast, yet very tasty. Especially good with rice.

These turned out to be a delicious experiment with ground chicken. My husband gives this 8 out of 10. Next time, I would try them with a couple of slices of bacon on top

    Recipe #374986

this is a delicious chicken recipe that can be prepped the night before or in the morning before you go to work..easy to pop in the oven while tossing a salad and your evening meal is ready...we love it! Have made this with just chicken breasts...

    Recipe #129284

Did you ever have something you bought 'ready-made' in the store but now is too ridiculously priced? I did...I love stuffed chicken breast and I used to buy this brand called Barber....Then they raised the price so I switched to only buying it 'on sale'...But soon enough, the price 'on sale' became ridiculous, too...I decided it was time to stop being such a chicken (excuse the pun!) about making my own...As it turns out, it really isn't that hard, LOL...I made my own for the first time last night and they were terrific! If YOU have also been too 'chicken', as I was, to try making your own stuffed chicken breasts, here's the 'recipe'!

    Recipe #234290

This sophisticated saute' gets a subtly smoky flavor from a shot of tequila. I've never been able to find pepper linguine, so I always use regular linguine. This is another recipe from my Arizona Favorites and has become a family favorite here at the Watson house. After making this dish many times, I have discovered NOT 2 Overcook the veggies, stick to the saute times and you'll have a delightful dish.
