I found this on another recipe website...it's really easy, fairly inexpensive (I had all the ingredients at home already) and the leftovers are super! I really hope you enjoy! I serve with Shortcut Sticky Rice, Recipe #105013. The cooking time does not include the marinating time of 2-3 hours. Hint: I made the 2nd batch of marinade right before I cooked the chicken.

One of our favourite ways to serve spaghetti, leaves a nice tingle. Serve with a fresh green salad and crusty rolls.

    Recipe #23700

This cake is divine! Set aside all your notions of gluten free food. This cake is dense, moist, and delicious!

I was making homemade frosting the other day and was surprised that it tasted just like vanilla ice cream. It's based on an Italian buttercream. It's good enough to eat without a cake.

My sister decided that she wanted Angel Food cake and my mother decided she wanted some Creme Brulee; one uses egg whites and the other uses yolks so I went searching for a recipe. I saw the other GF angel food recipes on Recipezaar but was not satisfied with the list of ingredients; they use a flour mix that is all starch and several of the reviews mention that it deflates from the bottom up. I found this recipe by searching on Google and made it instead. I was a little over zealous when mixing in the flour so my whites lost a little volume, but it did not affect the taste. The end result was a light and fluffy cake. It was the first time I had had angel food cake since going gluten-free and I was not disappointed. I made a strawberry trifle by breaking the cake into little chunks and layering them with lite whipped cream and strawberries. Edit: I have made this recipe 3 times now. To keep the whipped white mixture from deflating, I highly recommend not folding in the flour mixture by hand. The first 2 cakes I made, I folded it in by hand. The 3rd time I stirred it in on the slowest possible setting on my Kitchen Aid which resulted in a cake that was about 2-3" higher. All 3 of them tasted great though.

My husband and I created this recipe together. He won a chili cook-off with this recipe at work. We always use venison, but you can use ground beef or turkey.

    Recipe #105865

A hearty soup that is a meal in a bowl.

    Recipe #254250

I originally found this taco casserole recipe in a Taste of Home magazine. Since then, I have made this recipe at least 50 times. I love it because the ingredients list isn't complicated and, based on the layers, I can readily remember all ingredients when I am at the store without my recipe card. I have served this for myself and had wonderful leftovers or many times I have made it for company with a nice green salad to accompany it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Take the challenge! Any flavor potato chip will work for your own taste buds! It will work for a meal or appetizer! I love to make it with the 2 flavors listed but I will try it next with BBQ chips! I saw this on the TV & tried it twice. It is so simple & easy plus tasty. I really enjoyed this & hope you will.

    Recipe #76517

This dish is very easy to prepare. It has pan cooked chicken breast with a lemon sauce drizzled over the top. Ensure your flours, soy sauce and liquid stock used are all gluten free. I use Massell brand stock and Fountain brand soy sauce as they are currently GF. You can substitute the soy sauce for a gluten free Tamari sauce. Nobody would guess this is a GF dish. Make double quantity of the sauce if you like a lot of sauce to serve

I love this chicken! It couldn't be any easier. It is so simple and yet so delicious. I always keep the ingredients for this recipe on hand, so that on a busy night I can just whip this chicken together and serve with minute rice.I made this chicken once during a commerical and made it back in time to the tv to not miss my show! Now that is my kind of dinner. Then when the next commerical came around I went into the kitchen and chopped up the tomatoes so that they would be ready to top the chicken with when it came out of the oven! Try this recipe, it will definetly be a new favourite of yours!

    Recipe #188261

This is a very flavorful chicken dish that is wonderful over steamed broccoli or served atop rice. Best of all it is simple to prepare. Time shown does not include the three hours for marination.

    Recipe #438129

This is a great quick snack we make bulk, freeze in an individual layer the put in a ziplock in the freezer for our four year old. They are also great on top of a salad or in a wrap. We use the ends of our 5 grain bread so it's healthy too. The parsley adds a vitamin kick. Parmesan added to the bread crumbs for the chicken nuggets is nice for a change but not necessary and we don't use do to milk intolerance.

    Recipe #302099

A delicately flavoured dish using the unique quinoa grain. Try using half red quinoa and half white.

I based this quick and easy stir-fry recipe on a recommendation from Trader Joe's. Quinoa (pronounced keen-wah) is a South American grain, lower in carbohydrates and higher in protein and fat than white rice.

Chicken fingers are popular for kids but grown-ups will love this version adapted from The Skinny Chef, with added nutrition from the quinoa. For preparing the quinoa, see Recipe#16399 and Recipe#415970.

    Recipe #416571

I adapted this from a recipe I found in Cooking Light (Oct. 2007). It's meant to be a side dish but i think it could easily be adapted to a vegetarian main dish. I served the leftovers, cold on a green salad with avocado and dressing and it was amazing.

    Recipe #261701

Sautéed Chicken served over a bed of quinoa, pesto and peppers, topped with feta cheese.
