    Recipe #12200

These delicious chicken breasts are stuffed with basil, garlic and parmesan cheese. Then they're grilled to perfection while basting with a lemon butter sauce. One of my favorite grilled chicken recipes. From Better Homes and Gardens.

    Recipe #223692

Evil Jungle Prince was the first Thai dish I ever made, and was so good that we went into the kitchen and made another batch to eat right then and there! These days I make it with tofu, but chicken tastes better.

Quick for a busy supper, with lots of taste! Serve over plain brown or white rice.

    Recipe #39078

We LOVE Chinese food and General Tso's has long been a favorite. However the high fat content of the regular version in a restaurant isn't always a great option. This is a moderately spicy version of the recipe. Reduce the ginger, garlic, scallions or red pepper flakes as your tastes desire. You can also substitute higher calorie options, such as regular sugar for the Splenda, or vegetable oil instead of Pam cooking spray.

    Recipe #166805

My son just brought me a bottle of verjuice. I wasted the last one, so went to the web to find out how to use this bottle. It seems you can just try using it in place of vinegar, lemon or fruity wine. This recipe is good,it's from a Canadian site.

    Recipe #68437

Lovely and delicious! Pair with orzo, couscous or brown rice with sliced tomato & purple onions. EatingWell Magazine, 06/07.

This recipe was created by my friend, Gayla, a vegetarian. Even though I'm not a vegetarian, I loved it so much that I wanted to share it. It has a nice amount of spice and a great flavor. The ingredients might seem really random, but they mix together nicely. I like to eat the noodles cold. They really soak up the sauce after sitting in the fridge for a few hours. For the non-vegetarians feel free to add meat if you'd like to serve it as a main course. I bet tofu would taste good in it too.

    Recipe #225917

Found this in a Cooking Light magazine and have put it on my list of recipes to try.

    Recipe #225219

Got this from a cookbook published by a local supermarket. Can't really explain how this is different from a regular chicken tikka, but it's certainly different and more flavourful. the recipe calls for boneless chicken but can also be made with drumsticks.

    Recipe #224938

This was one of the first things I learned how to cook on my own, back in junior high school (not including eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches). My mom got the recipe from a dieting group she was with at the time. Edited: I just made this again, so I have edited the recipe to reflect what I actually did. there were many raves at the dining table over this one. :) Serve this with rice or something to soak up the yummy sauce and you won't be disappointed.

You could even grill this chicken on the outdoor grill rather than broiling it.

    Recipe #22808

Although the recipes title is "spicy" I guess it is a matter of opinion because although it is flavorful it is kind of mild. The recipe is courtesy of Giada De Laurentiis.

    Recipe #223480

Easy to make, great presentation for guests, rich expensive look and flavor

    Recipe #222852

Modified from a recipe from called "Balsamic Chicken with Mushrooms". SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with cranberry beans and parsleyed potatoes.

    Recipe #195797

As this bakes your house will be filled with the most delicious aroma! Don't let the long list of ingredients scare you, this dish is worth it :) Created for RSC 2006.

From my mother-in-law. If you don't have coconut milk you can use 2/3 cup hot water and 3 Tbsp coconut milk powder. You can also use fresh mango instead of canned.(Add it just before serving, as it is very delicate.)
