This chicken is crispy and the best I've eaten! It is important to follow the instructions on when to cover or uncover chicken during frying. That's what makes it crispy. To me, this is the ultimate comfort food with the delicious cream gravy. Prep and cook times are approximate.

    Recipe #58386

Guests are always impressed by this recipe! Adapted from a Better Homes and Gardens recipe for Chicken Cacciatore that used a whole chicken, cut up, and simmered in sauce. I decided to debone the chicken before cooking instead of after.

    Recipe #428861

This is a recipe that evolved over time, and I use this every Thanksgiving to stuff the turkey. I also bake some in a covered casserole.

    Recipe #336272

This is a great recipe to use up leftover turkey or chicken, I serve this over baked puff pastry shells or cooked egg noodles, Texas toast works well also, feel free to add in other veggies, if you don't care for garlic then omit and just use the mushrooms, this recipe may be doubled if desired to serve 6-8 --- you will *love* this! :)

    Recipe #246598

While vacationing on Siesta Key, FL (which is absolutely gorgeous), we came up with this delicious marinade for b/s chicken breasts which we grilled and sliced, and served in tortillas as soft tacos with shredded letuce, tomatoes, cheese and cilantro. This marinade would work great with just about anything. *Prep time includes marinating time. This is a quick and easy fix!

This is a wonderful chicken recipe. The chicken falls apart into the sauce once plated. Excellent with rice even better with my homemade rice pilaf. I have posted this recipe as well under Elaine's Rice Pilaf.

    Recipe #236627

My mom used to make this in the fall and winter when we were in high school, and it was one of the recipes I was sure to take with me when I moved out on my own.

    Recipe #390815

Very Tasty dish for ANYTIME. If you like spicy, this is the one. The sauce may be used seperate for a wonderful toping, dip, or marinade. Enjoy and try variations to you liking. You can grill these wings as well vor diff. taste add smoking chips.

Light and simple, this recipe is well suited for company or just a cozy dinner for the family. Can be doubled or tripled for OAMC cooking. From the book Don't Panic, Dinner's in the Freezer.

    Recipe #379957

This recipe came from Bob Bailey on Allrecipes.com. This chicken has a honey glaze with a nice kick, and is perfect for grilling. The extra sauce can be used for dipping.

Juicy chicken breasts are filled with yummy Monterey Jack cheese and coated in a zesty panko crumb mixture. This recipe makes six chicken breasts, but can easily be doubled if you want to prepare more for OAMC cooking. From the book Don't Panic, Dinner's in the Freezer.

These are the best hot wings IMHO. I don't like my hands to be really sloppy and the trip through the oven after frying solves this. Add as much heat as you like. I prefer the flavor of Red Hot sauce, but use your favorite. Add some Cayenne pepper to kick it to your desired heat level. Serve with my blue cheese dressing. Serves one hungry wing-lover or up to 4.

    Recipe #381144

Something a little different to do with chicken breasts, fancy enough for company, but not too time consuming for a weeknight. I would serve with wild rice and a nice veg, maybe asparagus.

    Recipe #373726

This is Paula Deen's recipe for "Gobbler Cobbler" but I used chicken and did it my way. It is definitely a keeper--so good!

    Recipe #255420

Don't be fooled by the title. This is an elegant dish suitable for a romantic dinner or special occasion. My brother-in-law has requested this dish many times for his birthday dinner.

    Recipe #286674

A++ Chicken Marsala recipe. I got this recipe off the internet a while ago, but I don't remember which site. Anyway, this is an easy recipe that is elegant enough to serve to company.

    Recipe #287799

Delicious as a meal or an appetizer. Great potluck food. The only cooking time for this would be to cook the bacon if you are using raw bacon to start with.

    Recipe #162062

Mmmmmm--this is so good and so creamy. You will enjoy this dish.

    Recipe #45246

Crispy on the outside and moist and tender inside, if desired you may marinate the breasts in the BBQ sauce for up to 8 hours, for a little heat add in a pinch or more of cayenne to the dry coating mixture or the barbecue sauce :)

    Recipe #285248

You could use only one can creamed soup I prefer to use two cans, one 4.5-ounce can sliced mushrooms, well drained also works well in place of fresh --- serve with hot cooked noodles or mashed potatoes --- this is *very* good!
