The herbed potatoes keep the chicken very moist and lend it their flavor. Nice recipe

    Recipe #23411

Easy to put together, throw it on the grill or roast in the oven. Serve with a Greek salad and some rustic bread. Adapted from Bobby Flay's BBQ with Bobby Flay. Enjoy!

Yes, this seems weird. But it DOES work! Try this method of cooking for use in salads or any dish that calls for cooked chicken. It makes moist, flavorful meat -- the flavor isn't all boiled out into the broth, and it doesn't get the sort of carmelized flavor of roasting, which I don't care for in a chicken salad. If you do Once-A-Month Cooking, this is a great way to prepare a lot of chicken for the freezer. The 90 minute cooking time is actually 60 minutes of standing after (approximately) 30 minutes to boil the water twice.

After a discussion on the boards, I decided to post this recipe. Even non-garlic heads will love it. I serve with a nice crusty bread to sop up the juices and spread the cooked garlic on. This recipe comes from the American Diabetes Assoc., so you know that in addition to having a to die for taste - it's good for you.

Very easy delicious chicken dish. It goes great with mashed potatoes or noodles.

This is a little appetizer indulgence without the boney mess!

    Recipe #18500

This dish is great and easy for an everyday family dinner and great, easy and fancy enough for company. You can mix and match with chicken or seafood or both combined. Serve with a salad and your choice of warm bread. I've gotton many compliments on this one! If you want some leftovers, double this recipe for dinner serving of 4.

Easy, fast and simple one dish dinner. Try using other dressings and seasonings. A bit of chile powder may pick it up as well. Other vegetables could be added as well.

    Recipe #12406

Creamy sauce and tender chicken, a very nice dinner.

You will not believe the flavor of this chicken. Make a mixture of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, herbs and lemon juice and rub it under the skin of the chicken. Then let the oven do the rest of the work. Recipe found on the internet.

    Recipe #106334

I found this recipe in the Sunday Chicago Tribune and made it for dinner last night. I've been using my grill since the weather turned too warm to cook inside. They turned out wonderful, very simple to make. I Hope you enjoy this recipe.

The taste of roasted or rotisserie chicken, but so easy in the crock pot! My mother in law made this for a family gathering once. I didn't know you could do it like this! UPDATED description: I made this again tonight, and forgot how moist it is! Because there's nowhere for the juices to go, it does wind up being a little "soupy" - it's not a crispy rotisserie chicken in that regard. The chicken just falls off the bones and has such great flavor! (in fact, in the photo I posted, I had to push all the chicken pieces back together to make it look like a whole chicken!)

    Recipe #235763

You can fry or bake the chicken.

    Recipe #206086

Easy, tasty morsels. The chicken nuggets can be frozen after baking. Serve with your favorite sauce, such as honey mustard or ranch dressing. I like to make the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce the day before so flavors blend. From Paula's Home Cooking.

For fans of cafeteria cuisine courtesy of the Houston Chronicle.

    Recipe #112208

This is a family favorite recipe at our house that I usually make at least once per month. It's really like an oven-fried chicken, it should come out crispy and browned. I don't even measure the ingredients any more, I just dump the flour and spices in the bag and shake away - it's SO easy! This is great with mashed potatoes (if you make gravy with the pan drippings) and corn (in the summer), carrots (in the winter). The original recipe is from GH Illustrated Cookbook, I've changed a few things.
