This came from Cooking Light as a Turkey Tetrazzini, but I used leftover chicken which worked well. Very creamy and yummy! This can be made ahead and refrigerated--just bake before you're ready to serve. It makes 6 very generous servings.

This recipe is from the "How to cook Everything" cookbook by Mark Bittman - It is wonderful and I recommend that you try the recipe as is without substituting anything however if you don't like curry substitute other mixed spices more to your personal taste. The chicken is crunchy outside, tasty and moist inside. I served it with rice, green beans & baby carrots. You'll make this one again

I think this originally came from a cooking show, but I changed it to suit my taste, by adding more lemon juice & more garlic. Also the recipe just says chicken breasts, but I have also used skinless chicken pieces.

A yummy and simple dish that is still impressive. You can use as many garlic cloves as you like, less if you have a problem with garlic, more if you are allergic to vampires.

I found this zesty recipe in a favourite cooking magazine of mine. A refreshing taste for chicken!

Though not techinically 'crepes,' these are really wonderful and very filling. I was told by a friend to make these for the man I wanted to marry. I did, and it worked.

I could not believe a low fat dish could taste so rich. If you don't tell, believe me, they won't know it's low fat!

This is a delicious crock pot recipe that I found on this site, but adapted it to my own tastes. It smells great while it is cooking! After cooking it for 3 hours, I took out the chicken and placed it in a serving dish, then took the sauce and added cornstarch to make it thicker. The sauce was then used to pour over the chicken or the rice. Some other ideas I have, which I would like to try sometime, would be to cut up the chicken into strips and then add stir-fry veggies to the chicken and sauce. This would be like a stir-fry! (one that would take a while though) Who knows, maybe we will try it sometime!

A great recipe for when you're trying to drop weight, but still eat good tasting food. 7 POINTS per serving!

    Recipe #51839

Warning! This is delish! Sauce is made from scratch (Easy). The combination of cheeses and cream cheese is wonderful! I add a little less cheese than what is called for, but if you are like my mom then you will like the amount of cheese called for. The prep time may seem long b/c I included the simmering time in it.

This is my concoction of all the things I love about stir-fry. Don't let the ingredient list spook you. It is very easily prepared.

This is delicious! I love to make this to bring to people (new babies, home from hospital, etc.), though it's not exactly figure friendly. Great for entertaining too.
