Delicious cooked under a grill or barbecued--easy to prepare.

    Recipe #155504

A quick and rich meal which can be made with every other kind of meat, too. You can preapare it hours (or even a day) before, get dressed and put it in the oven, when your friends arive.

A very quick and tasty chicken recipe for 2. Can easily be doubled, tripled or more.

    Recipe #141385

Have super on the table in an hour. This recipe is similar to my Grandma's, but much simpler to put together. This is from a Pillsbury Casserole cookbook.

This is an easy dish that is quick to prepare ahead and looks really impressive. A great meal to serve to guests too, just increase the quantities as you need to. Goes well with roast garlic potatoes and grilled zucchini and red peppers.

    Recipe #72479

I think this tender, juicy chicken tastes similar to KFC. You will have enough of the flavorful coating to make several batches; keep in an airtight container. Adapted from Taste of Home, original submitted by Eileen Frank.

    Recipe #256288

I got this recipe from my Mom and subsequently lost it. Just found it again yesterday so now it's getting posted for safekeeping. It's really good and only 5 points on the weight watcher's plan.

Another favorite from "More Fat Free & Ultra Low Fat Recipes from Doris' Kitchen" by Doris Cross in Stillwater, OK. I have never tried the gravy myself. If you follow the instructions the chicken is yummy.

    Recipe #191435

This is an adoptee. I have made it many many times and want to be able to help people out when they make it! One of the best I've ever had. Takes some time, but oh so worth it. Good eats ;-)

From the ranch. Not to be enjoyed by dieters looking for fat free, low cloresteral health food. This is for hungry hard workin' cowboys.

Threw this together and it was marvelous, and easy easy easy!

    Recipe #234622

Scalding the turkey makes for a very nice moist turkey. I have been doing this method for over 25 years. Cooking time shown in the method is for a 16 pound stuffed turkey.

    Recipe #46262

This chicken pot pie recipe takes a little time, but it is WELL WORTH IT!! This is an all-time favorite in our family. Great on a cold winter day.

    Recipe #10744

If you love good, old-fashioned, down home chicken and dumplings, this is the real thing! Note that this dumpling recipe makes "a bunch of dumplin's" because around here, most folks want more dumplin's than chicken. (prep time includes cooling time for cooked chicken.)

    Recipe #52253

Almost too easy, the chicken cooks in a creamy, cheesy sauce that is delicious over noodles. This freezes well, too

    Recipe #9836

This is so easy, and so good. No browning, just put the chicken in and pour the sauce on, and bake!! The tarragon makes it an elegant entree.

    Recipe #31078

This wonderful casserole combines everything you need for a well-balanced meal with the terrific taste of Chicken Cordon Bleu. Great for guests or for a potluck as well, as kids and adults both seem to like the combination of flavors.

    Recipe #32349

My family loves to scoop up the extra wine and cheese that melts out into the bottom of the pan and pour it over their rice.
