Good for a quick lunch with a fresh taste for cilantro lovers. Pretty and colorful.

    Recipe #16134

I came up with this a few years ago and always receive rave reviews. The heat of your chicken really depends on your brand of hot sauce, so use your discretion. I've also found that each brand of garlic salt has its own level of saltiness, so please use caution here as well. Enjoy!

These glazes dress up and give some extra taste to baked, grilled or broiled chicken or fish.Use 1/4 Cup jelly. (it shows as 0 on the submission. They are simple & interchangeable. You make them the same way. Remember to use 2 spices with the jelly. Sugar free jelly is fine to use also. Use sugar free jelly if desired. Sometimes I will take a spice from one glaze and a jelly from another.

    Recipe #211086

This was a weekend concoction using left over chicken when the budget didn't stretch to eating pizza out. Not a recipe as such, more an idea. It was an immediate hit at our place. I use a sandwich press to toast them. Great for a substantial breakfast on the run. Can use anything of course to fill, but this is what we like.

You can use chicken tenders for this recipe also. Great OAMC recipe as you can freeze the nuggets after frying. Just reheat them on a cookie sheet in a 375F oven for about 15 minutes.

    Recipe #296229

Chicken with sweet heat! I'm all about quick and easy, and this recipe from McCormick only takes 15 minutes to prepare and cook. It's not for everyone---I like it, but DH and DD don't care for it. When making it, only prepare what will be eaten then because it's not as good when it's reheated.

    Recipe #263629

This brine will give you a moist, tender and flavorful chicken every time! This recipe is for a 3-4 lb chicken, cut into 12 pieces.

    Recipe #127606

When I was young my mom owned a little Restaurant called Ruthi's kitchen. The most popular lunch item on her menu was this chicken salad. I once heard a man say he drove 22 miles every week for it.

    Recipe #388271

My son Ryan's favorite chicken. :-)

    Recipe #402841

This is an adaptation of an Alton Brown recipe. I don't recall which episode it was, but I must say that these have become one of our favorites. We will often serve these with the Mac-Daddy Mac and Cheese recipe We have found that you can fine tune the sweetness of the breading by altering the Captain Crunch to Rice Krispies ratio. Have fun with this and Enjoy!

This recipe comes from the "ABS Diet".

    Recipe #347383

This is a nice hot weather main dish salad that is very easy to prepare. Feel free to add any of your favorite veges. The cooking time does not reflect the time it would take to cook the chicken breasts.

Picatta has never been simpler to make. Using cubed chicken makes it easy, economical, and diner friendly. This recipe is great served over pasta along with some garlic bread for a wonderfully elegant dinner. You can use veal or shrimp in place of the chicken if you like.

    Recipe #267283

Watch out or you might get pulled over for a speeding ticket in the kitchen! Ready in 20 minutes. :)

    Recipe #266810

Chicken, veggies, and rice noodles stir-fried in a yummy peanut sauce -- Quick, easy, and oh so tasty!! This is a great dish created for and almost entered in the RSC #9 contest. I guess it is the one that got away.
