This is a HEALTHY version of a full fat chicken pie recipe. Not that your tongue (or your belly!) will be able to tell a difference!

    Recipe #473707

From Better Homes and Gardens. I haven't tried it yet but can't wait to! I will be using turkey breasts instead of chicken and might just try using some prepared roasted red pepper hummus instead of making it as stated in the recipe. That will make it a REALLY quick recipe.

    Recipe #473656

I made this for the first time last night & my husband announce that we will be having it again! The chicken is moist, the glaze is a very mild sweet & sour and its simle to make! The recipe came from the Canadian Living booth at the Good Food Festival in Toronto.

This is a very impressive main course that is simple to make, and really delicious!

Love balsamic vinegar, hope you enjoy this chicken. Note; I have found that it's better with boneless, skinless chicken breast or boneless, skinless thighs. Baking time may be less due to size.

This is a delicious, thick soup. Adjust the amount of jalepenos to your taste. I like spicy, and this is on the enjoyable end of the spicy scale for me. I used smoked jalepenos and smoked chicken to make this recipe, which made a good soup taste excellent.

Another throw it together in a bag and freeze for that day when you don't want to think about what's for dinner!

    Recipe #240429

If you have ever wished you knew how to make homemade frozen chicken fingers, ready to pop into the oven straight from the freezer - here is a recipe for you. Make several batches of these and store them in freezer bags - you don't need to thaw them to cook them. The amount of servings varies based on how thinly your cut your chicken strips - usually about 3-4 strips per chicken breast half, and usually 3-4 chicken breast halves come out to one pound. To make these kid friendly, you may leave out the hot sauce.

This is another great way to make something great ahead of time to thaw as needed or eat right now with little effort!

    Recipe #79944

from The Biggest Loser Club online. My whole family likes this one. I grill the chicken in the George Foreman grill and then toss the breasts into the pan of glaze to coat. Yum!

    Restaurant versions of chimichangas are typically deep-fried, but in this recipe, they're baked. Now you can enjoy this delicious Mexican burrito more often! {Campbell's}

How fun to serve. They are not hard and just something really different to serve to guests. The meatloafs come out golden brown with the bacon and juicy inside. I love to serve mine right on a large serving platter leaving a couple whole to see how pretty they look, and then slice the others in 3 or 4 slices per loaf to show off the filling. I like to think of it as a pretty standard meatloaf mix, then a filling of swiss cheese or gruyere (which I prefer), good baked ham (proscuitto is great, but any good ham will work), a honey mustard sauce, and topped off with more honey mustard and smoked or hickory bacon slices. Just baked individually on a baking sheet. All free formed. I like the rustic look Serve with Recipe #397749 and Recipe #391590. You could easily make these ahead of time and just refrigerate covered well and then bake the next day.

This is a very easy, delicious recipe! For a more fiber-packed version, feel free to substitute Heart Healthy Bisquick for the Reduced-Fat Bisquick.

A few tubes of low-fat crescent rolls make this impressive recipe a snap. Serve with a mustard-flavored mayonnaise and wow! Taken from Light & Tasty magazine.

This has become another favorite of mine.

This easy recipe came from the dairy farmers and was a handout at the grocery store many years ago. It is quick and easy to throw together. I always add some grated lemon rind for added zing (I love lemon!)

    Recipe #372049

I saw this recipe and new I had to try it. I am not "certain" about the sauce, but I will reply once I cook it. I am going to sub. the bacon with turkey back and hope it does well!
