From www.TopSecretRecipes.com I had this wonderful dish with my sister in Florida. Now I can make it at home. I had a hard time getting the sauce to thicken so I added cornstarch. This recipe reflects that. It also makes a LOT of sauce.
Adapted from a recipe I found in a magazine. You can serve rice on the side if you must but it really isn't needed this makes very generous, healthy portions. The nutrional numbers on this recipe will be a little off because you throw away the marinade but it is in the ingredients (hope that makes sense, lol)
This chicken is just full of flavor. Scoring the breast or thigh before marinating allows the marinade to penetrate the meat better and faster. I found this recipe in Cooking Pleasures Magazine and we just loved it. Another plus is a short marinading time that does not compromise the flavor at all. Longer would only make it better.
I got this recipe from a blog called Kalyn's Kitchen. I made it tonight and it is plate licking good. We felt the sauce was just perfect, not too much of anything. The sauce is a little thin but delicious. Hope you like it.
Thaw and marinade your chicken breasts at the same time in this wonderful concoction! Toss it all in a zipper seal bag and throw in the refrigerator. Ready the next day to throw on the grill! The seasonings are a fusion of Asian and SW flavors making it suitable for both catagories in the World Tour.
There are a gazillion recipes for this, but I searched them all, and none are just like mine. My kids' absolute favorite. I get requests for this dish all the time....soooo good with potatoes and green beans!
These wings are marinated for a few hours in a mixture of hot pepper sauce, honey, chili powder and butter and are then baked until crispy. Serve with blue cheese dressing. Recipe found in Womans Day magazine.
A delicious rosemary and orange flavored roast chicken that is a big hit with family and friends. Recipe works equally well with chicken pieces. As with the whole chicken baking time will vary as to the size of the chicken, with the pieces needing less baking time. This one will get you oohs and aahs before they have that first bite!
This is my first recipe - please be kind! My kids love it and when I take it to a BBQ everyone wants the recipe. It is a variation on one I found in epicurious a while ago. It is very easy and very yummy!!
Well, liking mustard, chicken and parmesan cheese, I found this recipe and had to post it! Very easy to make and lots of flavor as well. I got this from an old recipe box I had found and decided to try it, and so glad I did. Hope you like it as well. :) Recipe may be halved or doubled if you wish. I served with Au gratin potatoes and fresh corn on the cob.
This is a versatile recipe using your favorite herb with cream cheese, sandwiched in a chicken breast half, then breaded and baked for 30 minutes. Presto, quick and delicious dinner! I like oregano; sage or basil are other possibilities. Try 'em all!
