    Recipe #366445

I am obsessed with eating young coconuts right now (the kind that are white on the outside [it's the husk]) They're filled with tons of coconut water, much more than the harder, mature coconuts. Check out http://www.knowledgebase-script.com/demo/article-320.html for the insane amount of health benefits coconut water has! I made this after eating a delicious coconut and needed something to do with the water.

    Recipe #356878

I made this up when I was craving something sweet. It tastes a lot like pumpkin pie

    Recipe #218115

I eat these every morning for breakfast. Sounds like a weird combo but it's REALLY tasty! Wild organic blueberries are jam packed with Vitamin K, Manganese, Antioxidants and anthocyanins. They have been shown to lower Cholesterol and are good for anti-aging. Kefir has "several major strains of friendly bacteria not commonly found in yogurt, Lactobacillus Caucasus, Leuconostoc, Acetobacter species, and Streptococcus species. It also contains beneficial yeasts, such as Saccharomyces kefir and Torula kefir, which dominate, control and eliminate destructive pathogenic yeasts in the body." Recipe #363030

I LOVE this smoothie. It's so rich and creamy and has the texture of the best ice cream - without dairy! This smoothie is like eating 5 servings of fruits and veggies and it's delicious to boot! You can't even taste the veggies - I promise!____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Made this today on a whim - pretty delicious for no recipe! ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Remember, the citrus juice is a must with the combination of spinach so the body can absorb more of the iron available in the spinach.

    Recipe #364453

Something I came up with today. Odd combination but I found it very refreshing and yummy!

    Recipe #366389

Warm fruit salad? Blah! I love the texture of frozen fruit on a hot summer day instead of mushy, room temperature fruit!

    Recipe #228673

For those of us doing low carb and don't want to use icky processed mixes that contain soy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Adapted from Mark Sisson's recipe. He writes, "One word of caution on this recipe: I would suggest keeping the size of these almond pancakes on the small side. Larger pancakes have a tough time sticking together."

    Recipe #356982

Serve over pork, chicken, tacos, beans or with chips. From homesicktexan.blogspot.com

    Recipe #371849

    From http://www.lifespy.com/2007/how-to-make-seasoned-salt/

    Recipe #362600

I made this recipe up one day. I drink this as a meal replacement as it's chock full of potassium, protein and healthy fats! I love how it tastes like a Reese's Cup! Raw eggs are super healthy!http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2002/11/13/eggs-part-two.aspx

    Recipe #372080

My "everything but the kitchen sink" smoothie I made when I was craving a smoothie today.

    Recipe #363968

This goes great on pitas or Lavash, chicken or fresh vegetables. Yum! I was trying to find a substitute for Trader Joe's Spicy Feta Dip because my family will no longer buy it because it contains canola oil. This is not as thick and clumpy due to the fact I put it in the blender. I'll try to give the closest measurements I can because I made it by just throwing things into the blender.

    Recipe #218215

I follow the Primal Blueprint eating plan so grain/starch based carbs are a NO NO! Fats, proteins, fruits and veggies however aren't off limits. These use almond meal or almond flour instead of regular flour so they're "meatier" than regular pancakes. These smell like heaven when cooking! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Top with honey or real maple syrup. Found this recipe on Marksdailyapple.com . Mark notes, "One word of caution on this recipe: I would suggest keeping the size of these almond pancakes on the small side. Larger pancakes have a tough time sticking together."

    Recipe #344863

Ani Phyo made this recipe for raw foodies and you can watch her make it here: http://www.virtualchannelnetwork.com/channels/premier_event/ep18.cfm
