    I follow the Primal Blueprint eating plan so grain/starch based carbs are a NO NO! Fats, proteins, fruits and veggies however aren't off limits. These use almond meal or almond flour instead of regular flour so they're "meatier" than regular pancakes. These smell like heaven when cooking! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Top with honey or real maple syrup.
