This is the most delicious appetizer! Don't be wary of the ingredients, the outcome is fabulous. My neighbor gave me this savory cheesecake recipe. The flavors are amazing and it goes well served with crackers and a bunch of grapes on the side. This is an elegant appetizer, especially if you're looking for something out of the ordinary.

    Recipe #241307

This s really rich cake and can stand to be served on its own. If you want to serve veg with it buttered baby spinach or roasted potatoes work well. This came from Rose Elliott's Vegetarian supercook and made up part of a recent dinner party menu. I haven't tried this with light ricotta so I really dont know how it would turn out.

    Recipe #203084

Another impressive appetizer from Houston Jr. League, Stop and Smell the Rosemary. Display on a raised cake stand for a beautiful presentation. Calls for 8 sheets phyllo dough, but for some reason I mistakenly only used 4, and it turned out just fine, just with a thinner crust! Also, although I made this according to the recipe specifications, I think next time I might use an entire 6 oz. jar of marinated artichokes, rather than just the 3 oz. - just FYI!

    Recipe #89487

Blue cheese lovers will delight in this creamy creation. Garnish with nasturtiums and fresh herbs and serve on a platter with fruit and nuts. Spread on bagel chips, sweet biscuits, water crackers or toasted sourdough bread.

    Recipe #89511

This is great appetizer cheesecake. Feeds a bunch. Serve it with tortilla chips and celery sticks. Cook time includes chill time.

    Recipe #112760

A delightful dish with a pleasing presentation. Great for a luncheon(which I can only serve this at as my bunch, of course, turns their nose up at this) Don't be put off by the long list of ingredients, it really is an easy dish.

    Recipe #126845

This is served as an appetizer. It's really very good. Everytime I make it, either for the office or a family gathering, it disappears quickly!!

A delicious appetizer for holiday gatherings when cranberries are plentiful. My dear MIL made her own cranberry relish - and I don't have her recipe but my mom made hers like Mimi from Maine's #202126 or pick one up at the grocery store during the November-December holiday months.

    Recipe #165445

Ventura county chef Eric Olson won the Boursin Spiced Gournay Cheese 'Chef of the Year Contest' with this recipe. Clipped from the VV Daily Press.

    Recipe #179390

This is a recipe that was featured in the Rosedale Park Community Newsletter. It's a unique recipe that I created just searching through the fridge! This recipe is made for a "personal" sized (4.5 inches)spring form pan. My mom loves to eat this cake warm, with grits, for breakfast!

    Recipe #180919

A savoury version of cheesecake that is great topped with your favourite jarred salsa or with the fresh salsa that follows.

This appetizer proves that cheesecake is not just for dessert. Very good and the presentation of this is impressive. Enjoy! HELPFUL HINT: When cutting or seeding hot peppers, use rubber or plastic gloves to protect your hands and avoid touching your face. Prep time includes overnight refrigeration.

    Recipe #83800

If you enjoy Gazpacho, try this new twist on an old favorite. Perfect for summer entertaining, this no-bake savory cheesecake can be served sliced as an appetizer, or in wedges for a light lunch, accompanied by a green leafy salad, crusty French bread and a crisp, chilled white wine. To allow the flavors to develop, it is best prepared a day ahead. Preparation time does not include chilling time. This is an adaptation of an Australian Women's Weekly recipe.

This delicious main-dish cheesecake comes from Mollie Katzen's "The Enchanted Broccoli Forest," which is a delightful vegetarian cookbook. A wonderful way to use us those garden veggies. It is also wonderful served as an appetizer that guests can spread onto little pieces of toast.

A savory red and green cheesecake perfect for a holiday buffet.

Another one of my super-low-carb discoveries. Great as an appetizer or a snack, good at parties.

    Recipe #67224

I first tried this recipe because it sounded unusual and I was curious. To my surprise, it was actually very good, nice texture and taste! --NOTE-- Use a block of cheddar cheese and grate it finely. If you use packaged pre-shredded cheese it won't melt correctly when baking!

    Recipe #24316

This was a winner in the Pillsbury Bake-off. Great appetizer! Time includes bake time and chill time.
