    From Barefoot Contessa

    Recipe #244200

This is a Food Network recipe by the Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten. She called them "Flower Cupcakes" because she placed fresh flowers on the top of them.

    Recipe #107444

Here's another one of Ina Garten's fabulous recipes. We had it for dinner and it was succulent!

    Recipe #230183

One of my favorite comfort foods made by Ina with cheddar and gruyere cheese and topped with fresh tomatoes.

    Recipe #202981

I just tried this recipe when I was looking for something to make for Lent and I love it! I love mushrooms and it's delicious in lasagna. It is from Barefoot Contessa at home cookbook.

    Recipe #216341

I saw Ina Garten prepare this on the "Barefoot Contessa" show on Food Network. It is EXCELLENT, but very rich, great for entertaining.

    Recipe #179904

For when you are sick of eating off the ear but just can't get enough corn. It is impossible to go back to canned as a side after you have this.

    Recipe #14433

A fun non-alcoholic drink that is known by lots of names. This one is from the Barefoot Contessa.

    Recipe #146824

This is just busting with great orange flavor. I have always been fond of citrus cakes.

    Recipe #144654

This sounds so delicious! The Barefoot Contessa recommends using Valrhona (French) or Callebaut (Belgain) brands of high quality chocolate for this so splurge!

    Recipe #140626

This recipe is from Ina Garten's book "Barefoot Contessa Parties!" They are flavorful and easy, although I increase the pepper. Per Ina's suggestion in the book, I make the full amount just for me & DH, and use the leftover potatoes to make potato soup. Yum! *Note= You will need a very large baking sheet; I divide the potatoes between a medium sheet and a cast-iron skillet, and the potatoes cook faster in the skillet - so watch your cooking time if you use a cast-iron skillet OR if you cut the potatoes pretty small

I was watching The Barefoot Contessa earlier this week, and she made this dish. The show was about preparing food ahead of time so that at dinner time, you have very little to do. When I went on the Web to get the recipe, it was nowhere to be found. Luckily, the show was repeated last night, so I was ready, pen in hand. The recipe below is exactly how it was described on the show; it looks delicious and I hope to try it soon. The amount given for the gorgonzola is a guess on my part, as it wasn't specified, nor was the type of cream specified (I'd use regular table cream). She also didn't specify how much basil she used, but it looked like about a quarter-cup. It was mentioned that no salt was needed, as the cheeses are salty enough.

Wonderful dish for the summer and your fresh tomatoes. This recipe serves 12, so you may want to cut in half for smaller servings. Please note: this is an adopted recipe and I have just made it myself. Findings: I used different pasta since it's what I had to hand, and this made quite a large serving bowl filled to the top, and fusilli would have been easier to mix so it's the better choice. Taste? (dreamy look coming over me) awesome... if you love sundried tomatoes you gonna Looooove this ! I doubled the dressing,(more garlic is good) but left the capers to be added at the end by those who like them.. the bowl with the dressing would probably have been licked clean if only the others would have left one of us at the table alone LOL ! the dressing and the pasta compliment each other perfectly. We totally adored this recipe, I hope that you do too :) ZWT REGION: Italy.
