    I cut this out of a cooking magazine, probably Taste Of Home and changed it to suit or our tastes. It sounds like a very flavorful way to have pork chops and to keep them moist. I haven't made them yet but plan to make them and serve them over mashed potatoes, yummy!!!!! Note: This recipe also works great in a crock pot. My friend and I have decided that it is easier to just mix all the sour cream with the soup and broth in the beginning.

    This is a great basic recipe to cook any of your favorite seafoods... I love using the lobster, langastanos, shrimp and haddock the BEST! Being from New England, my mom loved her seafood, and we had this YUMMY dish quite often growning up, with all these variations! You can easily double or triple the recipe.

    The best thing about this breakfast or brunch dish is that you can assemble it the night before, and just pop it in the oven the next morning! Perfect after a late night with friends/ overnight guests. Almost any vegetables and coked meats can be used, ie. sausage and red peppers, broccoli and ham, etc. (just be sure to pre-cook any meats!)     Yummy, creamy, fast, and easy! This could easily be doubled or made diet friendly by using low-fat cream cheese and light tortillas. The idea for this came from the back of the green enchilada sauce can, but it had twice as much chicken and enchilada sauce, but the same amount of cream cheese and chilies, also no spices were listed--and was for actual enchiladas--I'm way to lazy to roll up enchiladas 8)

I have tweaked it slightly and doubled the complete amounts to suit our tastes --- Paula has a house seasoning blend mix which is 1/2 cup salt mixed with 2 tablespoons black pepper and 2 tablespoons garlic powder, she uses a small amount in this casserole, you have the option of omitting the fresh garlic and adding it in, store the remaining mix in an air tight container for up to 6 months, I strongly recommend using low-sodium cream of mushroom soup

    An excellent dish that is always a hit during family gatherings, even with the vegetarians! You can also cut the amount of cheese and it's a really healthy dish and vegan as well. Make the rice ahead of time. It can take a while for those little guys to cook and open. Enjoy!

    We grow fresh spaghetti squash in our garden, and this is about our favorite way to eat it. We usually leave the mushrooms out. My kids ask for seconds every time!
