A great recipe from Emeril Lagasse. You will need 50 toothpicks for this recipe. Be sure and try some Recipe #280453 with these for a special dipping treat!

Recipe #269339

This is a cheesy dip that is great over nachos. I put it in a fondue pot for a build your own nachos party. Big plus..it doesn't use Velveeta for those that aren't fans. It is also a great base for mac and cheese.

These are also known as Corn Dogs, but our school and church term for them are Pronto Pups. My family loves these friday nights, I can never seem to make enough for the kids!

I was surprised not to see this one on Zaar! Tyler Florence said, "Once you try this, you'll never have corn on the cob any other way." We agree wholeheartedly! The corn steams and cooks in it's own husk without any pre-soaking or anything. The corn's flavor is intensified right in the husk! After removal from the oven, just pull back the husk and use it for a handle. The silk comes off with the husk! Let me know if you like corn this way as much as we do!

I got this from my friend KJ's MIL who lives in Franklin, KY. It is really easy and very tasty. The servings will depend upon how large your cut of meat is.

Very similar to soft serve ice cream found at restaurants, fast food places and various stores. You may need to change the amounts based on the size of your ice cream maker/turner!

I loved candy apples as a child. I never knew they had cinnamon until I found this recipe. I was surprized when they turned out just like the ones at the Fair. I forget how many apples it covers so I just guessed 10.

There are a lot of names for these. They call them Elephant Ears in Portland, OR. The toppings our family loves are butter, cinnamon, powdered sugar & lemon juice, mini chocolate chips, honey, and berries. Let me know what your family likes to top these with.

I LOVE kettle corn, and after much experimentation, I have created the perfect recipe for home-made kettle corn by using my favorite popcorn-making device--the Stir Crazy Popcorn Popper.

One of those unique recipes from a 1935 cook book.

Pretty pink apple and cinnamon jelly for a spicier slice of toast or muffin.

Recipe #22263

Puff Corn can be found in the potato chip aisle of your grocery store. (The brand we have is Old Dutch, but I'm sure there are others.) Making caramel corn this way gives you great big "kernels" with no hulls or old maids. Quite addictive. Great at a party. Makes nice gifts too.

Recipe #80247

This is simple and a lot of fun to make. Make sure the color matches the flavor, or mix and match, to make people guess the flavor! :-)
