Good thing Eve didn't have this to dip her apple into or we'd be in a lot of trouble. This is Sinfully, yummy, rich, dreamy & creamy. Great for GODDESS parties! Use to dip rims of martini glasses, top your favorite ice cream. Or if with your favorite someone use as body paint. Caramel is a passion in Argentina, where dulce de leche is originated. This is made in an entirely different manner, then we are used to. Sweet milk (sweetened, condensed milk) is simmered until it becomes thick and golden brown. The resulting caramel has a sweet, milky flavor and a thick, fudge-like texture. This is what dulce de leche ice cream is all about. Try caramel cheesecake. Or use like a fondue by dipping cookies or fruit into it. It's time consuming but very easy. Can be made plain or flavored with vanilla bean (you can see the specks of beans in the pictures) or citrus zest. Try instant coffee/espresso, chocolate, coconut endless possibilities.

This is a sweet, lightly tangy, caramel syrup. Easy to make. Uses: French toast, pancakes, ice cream topping, drizzle over drinks that are topped with whipped cream. Dip martini rim into it for added goodness, garnish a plate filled with apples and goat cheese with it, or drizzle over grilled fruits or meat toward the end of cooking. Stored in a jar for future use. Use your imagination.

What a way to bring in the spring and summer? You'll find yourself at the dinner table going for this in place of anything else. ;) In mine I left it whole for presentation but it would better if cut as directed and tossed with rest of ingredients. can be served room temperature or chilled for those hot days.

Skewered cut apples chunks, pineapple, banana, cake, marshmallow, or other fruits dipped into a caramel, peanut butter fondue then roll in chopped nuts or toasted coconut after dipping. The amounts of dipping condiments vary because there are light dippers and then there is heavy dippers. Body paints for those Valentines Lovers!!!

Playing with drink recipes again! A nice Fall Drink! Forget the fall, this is an anytime drink! Today is May 21,04 I just made this again and posted the picture with these changes, without the soda, I dipped the apple garnish into my caramel sauce recipe #77540, dipped the rim into the caramel then dipped into frosted flakes and candied walnuts put through my coffee grinder. So Yummy and dangerous!!!! I asked 2 different bar tenders to make this drink for me. One at Applebees and the other at Catch 22 both in NJ. The Applebees bartender at first said he didn't have the ingredients but then he I told him he had apple schnapps, vanilla vodka and buttershots schnapps he went and made better then I did. He swirled caramel on the inside of the glass his own doing (Can you believe I didn't have to tell him to do that) and dipped the rim into cinnamon and sugar my telling him. He had no problem making this drink for me and invited my husband and I back on the nights he works. The bartender at Catch 22 didn't like making something new at first but he came accustom very fast when everyone was trying my drink and going up and asking him for one.($8.00 a drink he was charging). He made out on me! But it was worth it! So if you want skip the splash of soda! It really doesn't need it!
