This is from my daughter & great for cooking along with your grilled meat.

    Recipe #393922

Here's a drink that's great to take on camping trips with good friends, perfect for sharing around the campfire. This is my own recipe that we take to SCA camping events in the Pacific Northwest (other folks have their "secret" recipes they don't share). You know you have good Apple Pie when you take a sip and you can even taste the crust. :) You don't want to miss out on this one!

Here's a barbecued chicken meal that's oh-so-easy to prepare, the chicken, potatoes and peppers all cook together in one big foil packet.

    Recipe #32368

Chicken in Foil is one of the best camping recipes anyone can cook. The flavor of the chicken, pineapple, mushrooms, and peppers mixed with the rest of the ingredients gives this meal an exquisite taste.

    Recipe #334230

We make these whenever we go camping. Tastes great and the kids just love them.

    Recipe #30694

This is a easy, one dish recipe for camping! From the 'Dutch Oven and Outdoor Cooking' cookbook by Larry and Jeanie Walker. Can use white or yellow cake mix, but I recommend yellow.

    Recipe #319600

    Topping for Apple Crisp.

    Recipe #267449

A potato recipe that I found in a Pillsbury booklet over 20 years ago. I'v made it as a side dish for cookouts. It can either be baked in an oven or cooked on a grill. I've only used the oven method as there usually isn't any additional room on the grill. I substitute onion powder for onion as a matter of family preference. Makes a lot; can be halved.

Polish sausage and potatoes, flavored with onion and fresh rosemary, cooked in foil. You can also bake the packets in the oven.

    Recipe #91512

This taco chicken dinner is made to taste like the recipe I received in an email from a popular name brand website. A very quick and easy meal for those busy weekends. Also included in the Zaar World Tour 2005, Mexico.

This is what we make for our annual family canoe camp-out in northern Wisconsin. Ingredients can be customized for picky eaters or embellished for hearty eaters! Cooking time will depend somewhat on the heat in the coals.

    Recipe #53560

This is super easy to make and great in warm weather. Everything is just done on the BBQ

    Recipe #242670

I got this recipe on I do increase the garlic and add a little Mrs. Dash over each wedge. Sometimes I'll dice turkey bacon and add it. Instead of butter I use I Can't Believe Spray.

I came up with this one night when I was on my own for dinner. I used Recipe #236806 in this recipe, but you can use any teriyaki sauce you like. You can also expand the recipe to a baking dish and cover with foil. You could also do this on the grill.

    Recipe #239645

My dad made these when I was a kid; I watched, copied and modified his creation to make this scrumptious side dish for grill out nights.

    Recipe #232320

These are so yummy--my kids gobble these up. Super easy to make.
